BREAKING: NDLEA declares Abba Kyari wanted over alleged link to drug cartel

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has declared suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari, wanted.

NDLEA’s spokesman, Femi Babafemi declared Kyari wanted for alleged links to with an international drug cartel.

Babafemi disclosed this during a press conference held in its headquarters on Monday.

Kyari was suspended over his alleged involvement with international fraudster, Ramon Abass aka Hushpuppi.

The former Intelligence Response Team, IRT, boss was alleged to have benefitted from a heist carried out by Hushpuppi and his gang in Dubai.

Not accepting a negative tag on your Biafraness, doesn’t mean you denied your originality.

He is challenging the baseless proscription, Terrorist tag and when allowed to speak, will prove to the Court, he is an Indigenous Person Of Biafra, hence no negativity should be tagged to that glorious name.

The prosecutor Mr Labaran, must savvy that, Self determination is a constitutional right, hence no Terrorist tag should be glued to any movement exercising such inalienable right, if he anticipates an acceptance.

Don’t tag proscription or Terrorism to IPOB, we don’t belong to that class.

Let IPOB be IPOB, let Terrorism and Proscription stand on its own.
Don’t surround a pit with flowers, expecting us to fall into it.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is too lettered for your gimmicks and will defeat his human right violators, anywhere and anytime.

International Jurisdiction activated

Leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, has dragged the Federal Government of Nigeria and the Kenyan Government to the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, over the alleged violation of his fundamental human rights by the two governments.

Kanu, through one of his lawyers, Aloy Ejimakor, also demanded to be returned to the United Kingdom.

Ejimakor, in a statement on Monday titled, ‘Re: Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’, said the IPOB leader demanded accountability over his extradition to Nigeria from Kenya.

The statement partly read, “Jurisdiction lies with the Commission because Nigeria and Kenya are State Parties to the African Charter; and Nigeria even took a step further to domesticate the Charter, thus making it part of her municipal laws.

“Both countries also have extradition laws that prohibit this sort of reprehensible conduct that saw Kanu to Nigeria.
