He averred that his latest terrorist group has 7 commanders and urged the military to absorb them into its fold. So, when each one is proscribed like the so called "Fulani bandits" had just been proscribed, he would move over to the next group until that one is proscribed may be in the next 5 or so years and the cycle continues.
