This is what he did during his tenure in Lagos State as Governor and some of those libraries are still all over Lagos and I recall using one then around a local government secretariat during his tenure and feel very much glad.
Books are the lifeline of learning and even when you are gone, how you lived will be stored in a book. This generosity will no doubt bring political goodwill but refurbishing a library is not new in the legacies of Asiwaju Tinubu.
