herbie27: wen u love some1 do u jst stay n forget 2 call the person?, I believe dat wen a guy/girl loves you he/she will always want 2 hear frm you and atime buying recharge card on loan is involved wen they feel like hearing frm their love one, dis is my definition of love and nt a guy/girl dat calls wen they need sumtin frm u or need u 2 warm their bed. Yeah I concur with you 99%, yet even at that dialogue can go a long way to make those shabby loopholes rectified. Through such you will know if you're good with him or not, but you've justified whatever action you take after that. So before you do anything, talk things out first, then take a step. Your life is most important afterall. |

berryice: Am thinking of dumping mine...he dosnt call or ping me...alwyz busy busy busy....even valentine's dah he forgot to wish me happy val...mayb am d side chick My dear pls don't just rush to take irrational steps, call him to order, talk to him, make him understand how you feel his behaviour seem he jilted you...seriously not all of us know what's right for our women, sometimes we might even think we are doing the right thing alas we are hurting deeply, in cases like this unless we are made to realise how to live with our women, things may not go well. At the end we tag ourselves to vulgar names, insulting and assuming his the most inhumane individual, meanwhile he might be the angel. If he's made to realise and adjust his lapses. |

adamsflick: We graduated the same year, served in different states (yea lets say i cheated during my nysc but i was only having fun and i was kinda carefull though can't say the same about her though) when we signed out of service, i started job hunting while she got a temp job as a teacher. Things were playing fine, she made me feel like she's hang around no matter what and most times she gives me part of her salary but things changed when she met this (goodfornothinguselesscrazyoldmoneybag) who started lavishing her with gifts and even went as far as buying her a car on her birthday and all i could afford was just a low quality shoe. That was how she left me slowly. Now its been 2 years, i have (girlfriends) now i've got a job where i'm the Hod at IT I have an official car and i bought another for me. Moved into my 4 bedroom bungalow last year dec. Well yes i work it, i do transport too i buy tricycle for people and give it out in hire purchase. Well i met my ex last year november at agege and she had this look of (had i known) written all over. Sometimes I wish everything that goes around comes around, but it not always so.... Some are just too lucky to escape the consequences of the evil they did. |

we are going to sink indefinitely if the current situation persist. First the FG needs to put all social infrastructures in place, exercise a stable power supply, and minimise the rate of imported goods, especially those ones we produce locally. Then we can think of moving forward. But these greedy polithieftian will never allow that since their primitive mentality is eminent. |

Lemon12: Esogban, who is third in command in the palace of the Oba of Benin, said: “We wanted to discard this report as something that was not necessary at all. We do not see how the Alake of Egbaland suddenly woke up to think that the Oba of Benin is also a Yoruba Oba. There is no basis for such classification; Oba of Benin has nothing to do with the Yoruba Obas. It is simply unnecessary, unless they simply want to stir up an unnecessary controversy.
“We are not in Yorubaland. "We are not yoruba people. To be frank, it is because many of them are not willing to come up with the truth, the word Oba is alien to Yoruba monarchy; it is not part of their title from time immemorial. For instance, the one they call the Oba of Lagos, these are recent adaptations. In the 50s, there was no Oba of Lagos, what we had was the Eleko of Eko. That is the title of the King there. In Ibadan, you have the Olu Ibadan. You come to Abeokuta, you have the Alake of Egbaland. You come to Oyo, you have the Alaafin of Oyo. In Ilesha, you have the Owa-Obokun of IIesha. So no Yoruba monarch had as part of his titles the word Oba except the Oba of Benin. The word Oba is indigenous to benin only How many times do u him to say it?? You too dumb to differentiate what is written up there, the response of the ooni was for the reply esogban give the oba of egbaland.... You may take your time to read again, noting where the ooni statement ends in reference to the reply of the esogban. |

This is arrant nonsense, I have always say this that, the yoruba nation is better off without other ethnic groups. It pains me to see some yoruba folks trying to force their race on others. These people have their own mouth, let them decide who to be with or without. There s no point trying to write others history for them. And if historically we have somewhat relationship or related to these, people, well thats past and humans have changed and moved on, on their distinction.
It is ridiculous to say edo, itsekiri, and others are part of yoruba when they don't acknowledge such heresies..in fact, going by language and cultural values, they happened to be completely different from yoruba why then will anyone keep forcing them. To me, it is a dogmatic and primitive system of thought, it is like, these people propel the yoruba essence and without them the yoruba national is worthless..
Please, let the obas distance themselves from any other ethnic group and focus on the rulership of yoruba nation. Well they can contribute to national matters as it affect Us all. Else imaging someone bragging to teach you history, because in his deranged mind, you are unlearn. Imaging the insult. We should stop looking down on ourselves while giving unnecessary advantages to some quak folks to denigrate the uniqueness of yoruba nation and people. |

this madness just has to stop, please how can we get the government involve in this to put an end to it. If polytechnic graduates can not be employed then why do the country run a polytechnic system of schooling and even at that, these graduates usually appear more learned and efficient than their counterpart in the university.
Then what is the ish all about? It high time we start reporting and canversing the government take necessary action about all these companies put them in check, stup!d hr. |
