My self I do wonder why they use the word parapet for concrete facial when in actual the concrete facial and the parapet are not the same and should not be used interchangeably.

Precast parapet is the one casted on the floor and placed on the building while cast insitu is the one that is casted on the building with formwork.
Precast is cheaper than cast insitu.

Our professionals in this forum should kindly speak to this. In addition, what is the cost for the precast parapet, i.e. is the costing done per metre, per feet?
