Am not so sure but I understand that once u defer, ur tier 4 sponsor which is ur school will contact the high commission . Whether the commission nullifies the visa or not, that I'm not to sure, but I'm certain u will have to re apply for a tier 4 visa again if u defer, regards

sorry about that. maybe u should defer ur admission to January if they have a January program. These visa guys can be a real pain in the ass. U cant even contact them these days. It now seems like they are the ones doing you a favour. Just be patient.Have u called BHC?

I applied on the 29th in Ikeja, still haven't heard anything , its all good tho, jus gotta wait a little , congrats to u guys that have gotten their visas, on to the next one,

It could range from 250 to 400 pounds depending on the location, apartment quality etc. You may still have to pay electricity and internet bills tho. School accommodation fall slightly in d same range but with the bills already taken care of by the uni. It all depends on whether u wanna stay close to uni and ur coursemates or u wanna stay in the city centre. I stayed in d school accommodation till after my 2nd semester exams. Then I moved out to town.

@teeamo, Good to know the visa will be ready by next week coz I applied too on the 29th in Lagos. Luckily for me my start date is on the 3rd of October
@princedm, I schooled in aberdeen uni, there are reataurants where u can eat naija food, only dat it is quite expensive, like 9 pound for a plate, dere even opened a naija eatry at robert gordon uni, asian shops are also available to buy food stuff but again, I have to reiterate on d word expensive, hehe
