About the Role: A leading Financial Services Institution is seeking a seasoned and strategic Treasury Manager to lead its treasury function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing liquidity, optimizing cash flow, mitigating financial risks, and supporting critical financial decision-making in a dynamic and regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, monitoring, and forecasting
* Ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational, investment, and regulatory obligations
* Develop and execute effective cash and working capital management strategies
* Identify, assess, and manage financial risks (interest rate, foreign exchange, and liquidity risks)
* Manage investment of surplus funds in line with approved risk and investment policies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and stakeholders
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
* Prepare detailed treasury reports and provide actionable insights to senior management
* Support Asset and Liability Management (ALM) and balance sheet optimization

Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
* 3–6 years' relevant experience in treasury, banking, or financial services
* Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage
* Strong understanding of financial markets, treasury instruments, and risk management practices
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and treasury management systems
* Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks within the financial services sector
* Must have experience in financial institution
* Must have managed an Asset Under Management(AUM) with proven track record

Skills & Competencies
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* High integrity and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Strategic thinking with strong decision-making capability
