It was a beautiful birthday gift for the preacher who celebrated his birthday on the 6th of September, 2018.

According to him, he said he prayed and interceded for the person who bought him the jeep when the person was going through some problem. God has answered his prayers and the person he prayed for remembered him.

Igbos everwhere

Eric Chinua Chime Jr,  son of a Nigerian veteran broadcaster Chief Ike Chime is making Finland proud and has placed the Nordic nation on global recognition when it comes to junior basketball. He plays for MaSu Basket 04, a basketball team of Malmi- a major district on the north-eastern part of Helsinki.


His father Chief Ike Chime who hails from Enugu state came to Finland in the late eighties and got married to a Finn. Eric has represented Finland in several international junior basket tournament. This year in April, he represented Finland in the NBA European junior league which took place in Slovenia.


After the European Championship in Slovenia, Eric Chime Jr. along side Juliana Haddad, daughter of a migrant were the only two players from Finland that made the European basketball team that represented Europe  in the Jr. NBA World Championship finals on August 12 in Orlando Oregon, USA. In the girls and boys finals, each other met the best teams in the United States and the rest of the world.


The Miami Heat Jacket, the triple NBA champion Dwyane Wade, and the Los Angeles Sparks Pier and WPC Champion Candace Parker acted as official guardians of the Jr. NBA World Championship.

Eric Chime Jr. won the most skilful player award in the Jr. NBA World Championship, he has also won the most valuable player award for his club. His sister, Sarah Nnenne is also a talented basketball player who represented Finland U-17 at the European chapionships in Austria this year.

Fiery preacher, Dr. D. K Olukoya the General Overseer of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries worldwide on monday filed a N10bn libel lawsuit against Mr Omoyele Sowore, a presidential aspirant and owner of Sahara Reporters, an online news media outfit based in the United States of America. The N10bn in damages claim which was filed at the Akwa Ibom state high court by the man of God came on the heels of the latter's failure to desist from publishing false and malicious articles against him and his church, MFM, since 2013.

This is not the first time Sowore is been dragged to court by a clergyman over defamatory publications. In 2017, Apostle Johnson Suleman, the General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries filed a libel lawsuit against Sahara Reporters publisher whose stock in trade is to blackmail people with his online news media platform that is based in the USA.

Before Festus Keyamo, a controversial and morally bankrupt lawyer came in contact with Omoyele Sowore he had already sought for the services of Mr Dapo Olorunyomi, the Editor in Chief and publisher of Premium Times Nigeria, an online news platform based in Abuja. Mr Dapo Olorunyomi, being a man of integrity, he vehemently turned down the offer to blackmail Apostle Johnson Suleman with his media outfit despite the huge amount of foreign currency which he was promised.

It was at this juncture that Keyamo turned over to Omoyele Sowore the owner of Sahara Reporters and he accepted the offer and thousands of dollars coming from a Northern politician was wired into his Nigeria accounts. Last year, Saraki filed charges of libel against Sowore at the law court, where he procured an order asking Sowore to pay N4 billion as damages for allegedly publishing malicious content against him.

On July 25, Adeyinka Oyinloye, justice of the Kwara state high court, ordered the freezing of two accounts – UBA and GTB – linked to Sowore, that was how Sowore lost $300,000 which was part of the money he got from the deal to blackmail Apostle Johnson Suleman but he is claiming that the money was a grant from MacArthur Foundation.

Recall that all the fictitious stories published by Sowore against Senate president Bukola Saraki in relation to alleged false declarations of assets were all dismissed at the supreme court because it lacked merit and there were no substantial proof. Same Sowore published a malicious and untrue story about Senator Dino Melaye where he stated that the embattled lawmaker had fled the country and plans not to return until there is a change of government at the federal level and his state, Kogi.

Sowore's fallacious report also stated that Melaye warned the Senate President, Bukola Saraki , and other senators to fight for him, failure of which he would bring down at least 30 senators.

Last year, London based Journalist and PR consultant, Lekan Fatodu also dragged Omoyele Sowore to court over alleged threat to his life, criminal defamation and blackmail. Mr. Fatodu stated that a publication by Sahara Reporters claiming that he and his company, Leeman Communications Ltd, were used by a former minister, Mr. Femi Fani-Kayode to launder N1.7 billion which was part of the controversial Dasuki arms funds was highly injurious to his hard-earned name and had caused serious damage to his reputation while also resulting in loss of businesses and clients.

Last month, Apostle Johnson Suleman was in Toronto Canada for a crusade which was massive and he is going back to hold another crusade in Calgary this month, the same Canada where Sahara Reporters reported that he (Apostle Suleman) cannot travel to because Stephanie Otobo had filed a suit against him in a Canadian court.

The so-called investigative journalism which Sowore claims to run is a charade. He is a serial blackmailer who does the biddings of his paymaster and a blackmailer cannot be the president of Nigeria. There hasn't been any exclusive investigative report coming from him that wasn't challenged in court. When it comes to unbiased investigative journalism think " Premium Times Nigeria and The Cable"

Two months ago, Premium Times published an investigative article on how finance minister, Kemi Adeosun forged her NYSC certificate, according to them it took the media organization about 5 months to investigate the case before publishing it and Mrs Kemi had admitted that the certificate was forged. Premium Times applied professionalism and that's been the hallmark of the media agency.

Sowore should be thinking of how to take back his integrity that he has sacrificed on the platter of avarice and ephemeral gains. Just yesterday he lied that Dr D.K Olukoya wanted to sponsor his presidential ambition but he refused. I was able to contact somebody who is close to the man of God and I was told that the man of God is going to sue him for that.

It was a moment of joy and thanksgiving during the August fire and miracle night at the Omega Fire Ministries Headquarters In Auchi, Edo State, Nigeria when Mr Chris Achugbuo from Port Harcourt, Rivers State gave a testimony of how his son was found after 6 months of missing.


The testifier was accompanied by Rev Chibueze Amadi, his Pastor in Port Harcourt who also is the protégé of Apostle Johnson Suleman and the African coordinator of The Son's of The Prophet (SOP) Network,a body of all the Pastors, prophets, prophetesses, Evangelists, etc who are submitted to the grace of God which is at work in the life of Apostle Johnson Suleman.



According to Rev Chibueze Amadi who gave a preamble of the testimony, he said while he was in Auchi during the March 2018 edition of Ministers Conference, Apostle Johnson Suleman said somebody's baby is missing and he jumped up and told God's oracle that his member's baby has just been stolen and Apostle Suleman gave a prophetic utterance that the baby will be found. After the close of the session the prophetic declaration by Apostle Suleman in relation to the missing baby was conveyed to the father of the baby and he screamed" Amen"



The father of the missing child, in his testimony said that his missing son whose name is Daniel was stolen by their neighbours girl friend on the 12th of February this year when he was barely 9 months old. As God would have It, the lady who stole his son went and steal a set of 3 months old twin on the 13th of August and while on her way to the place where she used to sell the babies for rituals she was arrested by the police.



Mr Chris Achugbuo, while testifying said that as soon as the lady was arrested he was called by the police to come over to the police station to see if he knows the lady. As soon as the lady saw Mr Chris she started confessing that she is the one who stole his son and that his son is still alive, they haven't killed him.

However, after some days the lady took the police officers and Mr Chris Achugbuo to the place where she used to supply stolen children for rituals and the surprising part was that the place belongs to a Prophetess, a woman of God. At the place there were a lot of stolen children who are marked for rituals.

The striking testimony is that whenever ritualist comes to the Prophetess place to buy children little Daniel always fall sick which makes the ritualist to reject him and the Prophetess who owns the place wasn't happy with little Daniel due to the fact that she hasn't been able to sell him off.

While the earth remaineth, ” Touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm” is still sacrosanct. Prophets are men on a Kingdom assignment, they are men sent by God for a purpose and the purpose is borne out of God’s love for his people.

The scripture says “And I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will guide you with knowledge and understanding. So whenever a prophet who is on a Kingdom assignment is been attacked or vilified, God is not happy with it and those involved gets punished for it severely and the punishment extends to generations unborn.

The advent of internet and the social media networks viz; Facebook, Instagram, Whatssap, Twitter, etc has done more harm to individuals than it’s intended good. The rate at which people ridicule and make mockery of pastors these days is alarming.

It is true that some pastors are doing what is not right. It is true that some of them are not living up to expectations. However, leave judgement to God. Don’t take the place of God who alone has the exclusive right to judge mankind. The scripture says “Who are you that judge another man’s servant? to his own master he stands or falls. Yea, he shall be held up: for God is able to make him stand”.

Many bloggers if they want to draw traffic to their sites they look for a story where a pastor did wrong then publish it to the amazement of their gullible fans who will then share it on their social media platforms. Bloggers whose main source of traffic is by publishing an article or story that ridicules men of God are fools. The traffick they are looking for is what will traffic them to eternal condemnation if they don’t abstain from it.

It baffles me when I see some people make videos or put up posts just to abuse pastors who have same age with their father. They forgot that the man of God they are abusing is someone’s husband, he is someone’s father and equally someone’s role model. How would they feel if it was their father that’s been ridiculed on social media.

It is obvious that majority of those who abuse pastors are those who lack home training, those who disrespects their fathers at home.

The Igbo Union in Finland, the umbrella body of all the Igbo speaking people of Nigeria resident in Finland  celebrated their annual new yam festival "Emume Iwa Ji" on Saturday 25th, August 2018.


The union which is a registered Non Governmental Cultural Organization comprises of Nzuko Umunna Ndi-Igbo in Finland (Imo & Abia), Enugu Progressive Union in Finland and the Anambra State Association, Finland.


In Nigeria, the annual cultural festival by the Igbo people held at the end of the rainy season in early August symbolizes the conclusion of a harvest and the beginning of the next farming season. The celebration is a very culturally based occasion, tying individual Igbo communities together as essentially agrarian and dependent on yam.

This year's festival was attended by a large number of Ndigbo from all parts of Finland. The opening prayer was done by the chairman of the occassion, HRH Prince Idiagboff  who also spoke extensively on the agricultural growth and exploits in the eastern part of Nigeria, most especially in the area of yam production. The "iri ji"( New yam eating" festival which was filled with pomp and pageantry was anchored by veteran journalist, Chief Ike Chime.


The incumbent chairman of Igbo Union in Finland, Chief Barrister Simon Ekpa, in his speech, emphasized the importance of culture in nation building. He said " culture is the total way of life, through culture we are govern by norms and customs which are the pillars of any society.


According to the Igbo Union chairman, this year's festival is targeted at promoting multiculturalism within the Finnish society. He also sent a strong message to the Federal Government of Nigeria over the killings and continuous marginalization of Ndigbo in Nigeria. In conclusion, he urged Igbo governors and leaders to speak up against the marginalization of the Igbos and the genocide that is been perpetrated by the present government.


The climax of the event was the cultural dance display by various member associations that make up the Igbo Union in Finland. Also, the traditional chief's and elders danced majestically to the Igbo cultural music while the ladies added added icing on the cake with their glamourous dancing steps.

Barrister Festus Keyamo, President Muhammadu Buhari's 2019 campaign spokesman must have resumed his duty in full gear following his recent unguarded and incendiary statements aimed at  putting President Buhari in good light ahead of the 2019 presidential elections.

Keyamo, during the inauguration of Buhari/Osinbajo Project 2019 in Ilorin, Kwara State on Thursday said that since 1960 when Nigerian gained independence, no government has touched the lives of the poor like that of President Muhammadu Buhari. It is ridiculous when a man who was born in 1970 starts telling elders what happened in 1960.

The controversial divorcee lawyer who has hitherto kept mute on the incessant killings of unarmed people from the middle belt by the terrorist Fulani Herdsmen, who has equally refused to speak against President Buhari's tyrannical rule and flagrant disregard for the rule of law just because he has gotten what he has been clamouring for; Federal government appointment.

President Buhari’s government is characterised by flagrant disobedience to court orders, disregard for human rights, continuous witchhunting of political enemies and the gagging of the media which the constitution upholds.

Nothing good can come out from a man who in 2016 “openly supported the abduction and forceful rape of his Urhobo sister, Ese Oruru from Ughelli by Yunusa Dahiru alias Yellow a northerner from Kano state . Ese Oruru was 14 years old when she was abducted. She was raped, forcibly Islamized and married off without her parents consent. The conversion and marriage took place in the palace of the Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi.  Upon her release, it was discovered that she was five months pregnant with her kidnapper’s child.

Well meaning Nigerians condemned Yunusa Dahiru’s actions and called for his prosecution. Human rights lawyer, Ebun Adegboruwa, called the incident a “clear case of child trafficking” and “a worse form of corruption.

When Festus Keyamo was asked about his take on the matter “He said it is a case of two adults who are deeply in love and that they should marry them off” just because he needed an appointment or favour from president Buhari.

Poor Ese Oruru later had a baby girl which Yenusa, her abductor named "Fatima. Early this year Mr. Charles Oruru, the father of Ese Oruru cried out for help. He lamented that the family has been abandoned. He also said that all the promises made by the governments of Bayelsa and Delta states as well as some non-governmental organisations with regard to Ese’s scholarship had not been fulfilled.

Ese Oruru's life has been destroyed and a huge stigma has covered the family. Barrister Festus Keyamo their fellow Urhobo brother who supposed to to fight for them had rather chosen to support the evil act all because of ephemeral gains.

Barrister Festus Keyamo has a teenage daughter named Nicole, what would he do if someone abduct and have a carnal knowledge of her? Would he say it's a case  of two lovers who should be married off?

According to New York Post, Marijuana was found to ramp up brain aging by 2.8 years making it worse for your mind than bipolar disorder or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Schizophrenics’ brains were found to age by an even greater average of four years.

Boozing was also shown to age the organ by 0.6 years, the research adds.

Brain aging is defined as reduced blood flow through the organ.

Lead study author Dr. Daniel Amen, founder of Amen Clinics, said: “The cannabis abuse finding was especially important, as our culture is starting to see marijuana as an innocuous substance. This study should give us pause about it.”

Reduced brain blood flow has previously been linked to strokes and dementia.

The researchers analyzed 62,454 brains scans from 31,227 people.

Scans were collected during both rest and concentration and taken from people aged between nine months and 105 years old to determine factors that contribute to brain aging.

Researchers analyzed the blood flow through 128 regions of each brain to determine how old they thought the individual was.

Once they learned the person’s actual age, they were able to measure the rate of accelerated aging.

Dr. George Perry, from the University of Texas, San Antonio, commented on the research saying: “This is one of the first population-based imaging studies, and these large studies are essential to answer how to maintain brain structure and function during aging.”

The results also suggest bipolar disorder accelerates brain aging by 1.6 years, with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) speeding it up by 1.4 years.

No link was found between depression and brain aging.

Amen added: “Based on one of the largest brain imaging studies ever done, we can now track common disorders and behaviors that prematurely age the brain.

“Better treatment of these disorders can slow or even halt the process of brain aging.”

Study author Sachit Egan, from Google, a partner in the study, added: “The results indicate that we can predict an individual’s age based on patterns of cerebral blood flow.”

“Additionally, groundwork has been laid to further explore how common psychiatric disorders can influence healthy patterns of cerebral blood flow.”

The findings were published in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease.
