Honestly it is not.
GTB charges 225 to the dollar.
I was charged that amount for a flight ticket transaction.
I even complained to a customer care rep who said it was the official rate and black market was even 215 on that day.
I don't know about other banks but GTB's rate is outright robbery.

Fine arik may not run the desired kind of operations, but the passenger has surely gone overboard and may be ban from flying. Airlines have right to cancel flght, the issue should be what redress should the passenger seek as a result...surely one of them is not running to stop flights...he may regret that for the rest of his life.
