Corruption is normal thing in a capitalist dead ideology OK. Without Corruption capitlaism cannot survive and yes you saw what happened in 2008 reccession stealing over 2trillions. That is capitalism ideology for you. The biggest Corruption in the history of human being. So please we know Capitalism is twin Corruption.

This is not the usual corruption or probably part of it when Naija indicted itself of $525m. That is the corruption aspect of it. Yes that is probably the corruption part.

Before then, OBJ had a better offer from the original builder to complete it with credit from Builder's money. This is not new. Even turkey is proposing to buy s400 on credit from Russia.

Why did OBJ decide to sabbotage the deal giving it to unknown Solgas ? Pls answer this question ... Im out jooo.
Corruption, corruption, corruption, corruption, corruption.

You're the dumb one here. Quick to dish out insult without using the little sense left with you.

Is combat testing and evaluation of onboard systems only tested in real life combat environment? You want to drop bombs right? You can drop them anywhere. The bomb doesn't give a damn if it's ISIS or a plain ground as long as target is met.
The Chinese J-20 has been in service. Was it deployed to fight ISIS?

Who do you think you are on this thread? Even if anyone makes a foolish assumption, if you can't correct with the little sense you're left with, it's not hard you keep quiet.

The Govt of Nigeria is Useless, has always been useless, will remain useless.
So yes those cheap Chinese MiG21 clones would continue flying till they all fall from the skies.

Strategic national security planning, budgeting and acquisitioning is non existent in Nigeria. Just give up on Nigeria already and save yourself from heart attack.

Major General Enenche, respectfully to you sir, you brought ordinary Israeli Tavor rifle to news room and said you will not tell us Nigerian taxpayers the name of the gun you purchased with our own tax and oil money, that gun is public property yet you deny the public the simple information of the name, why? Its not right sir.

Dont underestimate us sir, not all Nigerians are ignorant, its an Israeli Tavor rifle beside your AK-47 in that TV interview, we know weapons' details up to F-35 stealth jet and Kilo class submarine, so your rifle is nothing special sir. We can lecture you on weapons if you permit us and we will shock you as civilians.

Maj. Gen. Enenche, you, your army chief of staff, and our government that employed you are still repeating the exact same mistake of ex-president Joanthan and NSA Colonel Dasuki on the 2014 special arms fund $1 billion, same way Dasuki and his PDP never gave us list of what they wanted to do with that $1 billion, same way you too refused to tell us what Buhari wants you all to do with this $1 billion 2017 special arms fund.

It is your duty of accountability as public officers to publish full list of what this $1 billion is for, that your Tavor rifle you call sophisticated is only like $2,000 in the market, its no secret sir, google has international market price list of weapons. Only like 30,000 troops are fighting Boko Haram on each tour of duty in North East, Nigeria imported like 15,000 Beryl rifles as good as that Tavor rifle, plus the thousands of Tavors we already have, and another 1,200 Tavor rifles Dasuki said he bought. So rifle is not a big need, you have enough good rifles for anti-terrorism war.

Give us full details of each item and each price that totals your $1 billion cost. Another 10,000 units more of Tavor rifles in 2018 is only $20 million if you want to waste more money on rifles, so what of the remaining $980 million or is $980 million for the bullets and green dot sights? General sir, we youths are educated and not ignorant. What Super Tucano? Nigeria has like $600 million loot in USA that Trump promised to release, so use that to pay for Tucano aircraft.

In South Africa, Botswana, Rwanda of black people like us, their governments publish full details of weapons procurement funds, they dont show people cheap rifle to justify $1 billion cash spending! Dont tell us its a secret because you are importing these weapons and the UN law forces you to declare details to UN arms register and SIPRI org also publishes all your key imports on internet, so why are you hiding from Nigerians who own the money, the very information that foreign manufacturer nations overseas show their own people? Is that fair? Is that wise? Is that justice? Is that patriotism? Sir, I ask you, is that honesty, integrity, accountability in a democracy?

If Nigerian journalists are not given press conference publication of naira by naira, dollar by dollar, euro by euro, item by item, material by material list of this $1 billion spending by January 2018 or at least before the cash is released, we Nigerian youths and patriots will conclude APC political party wants to repeat PDP looting crime of 2014 and use most of this war money for 2019 election campaigns.

I declare to you that Nigerian youths, Transparency International, and powerful NGOs will launch massive public enlightenment campaigns in all 36 states to make sure Buhari is either impeached 2018 for repeating same crime he accused Jonathan of, or we spoil all APC chances in all 36 states and cause APC to lose 2019 elections.

Sir, I respect you, all our gallant servicemen and Mr. President, but we will not tolerate a repeat of same looting trick used on us in 2014, never again sir. Let Buhari live up to his claim of anti-corruption transparency if he does not want to be a hypocrite.

Please call journalists urgently to an Abuja press conference and let DHQ address us, let newspapers publish full list of names of items with prices that add up to your $1 billion by January 2018 or else tell Buhari to forget second term and APC forget 2019 election, the youths of Nigeria will start a peaceful revolution to bring down this government, and get all service chiefs retired prematurely, on the grounds of financial impropriety and failure in accountability concerning this special $1 billion 2017 approved arms procurement fund.

President Buhari cannot lock up ex-NSA Dasuki in prison for years and be committing same crime for which he locked up another man. Publish full details of all items and all prices on your $1 billion war spending list, and it must total one billion dollars.

Thank you sir. Long live the federal republic of Nigeria, amen.
"One billion dollars to fight boko haram is about N365 billion, that is a whooping one billion naira everyday of one year! Is it world war 3!?

You see, Boko haram has become quite a lucrative political and economic venture for the workers of change."

We all know what's going up there in SS/SE region is politics. The use of military forces deployed all over there which has been condemned.

You want an exercise or drill, go into the bush or make use of large military base. The military is its defence said she's trying to bring the citizens closer to the military.

We know some things ain't right which are bound to be condemned but let me tell you, I can say the United States has no human right abuse history but it isn't so. These guys are good with media, you don't see it doesn't mean it doesn't happen. Have you seen the video of the US military up arrested suspects and in the middle east? Yet these guys will always speak well of their military because they're blind to the large media.

However, we showcase the brutality of our military personnel. A small percentage of soldiers doing something wrong doesn't amount to the whole Armed Forces.

Dude, the Nigerian military are not being employed to guard banks or churches. The military presence are only seen in churches during the thick bokoharam crises in which their duty is to support the men of the Nigerian police force.

The Nigerian army provides escort services to only high ranking personalites. Be aware that some men of the Nigerian police force make use of military like camo (I'm not talking about the police blue camo).

In as much as you're ready to type junks and accuse, kindly do that with facts.
Tdayof,
That soilders are not guarding everyday supermarket in Phc or they are not playing gatemen duties at diamond bank, which is the junk?

Exactly why your soldiers keep running away from a fight. You think war is driving in fancy gears. You never see pepper. Wait make one South Sudanese soldier catch you or a former RUF rebel in Monrovia or Boko show up walahi you go beg for that drilling.
Imbecilee, atleast South African soilders are not reduced to gatemen, guarding banks, supermarkets and churches and escorting just about any Riff Raff all over their country while manning checkpoints and collecting monies from commuters. forking kettle.

If it's not I gave you an offer pls take it up and post the pic. Attempt that stress position for just 1hr and u'd stop this joke.

Besides that's nothing compared to the more difficult aspects of our training regime in Nigeria which costs millions of dollars to produce a single soldier. The Nigerian soldier is a complete soldier and the best Africa has to offer. Though very very rare and hard to capture a Nigerian Soldier, Airman or Naval serviceman we have seen vids of one or two captured Nigerian servicemen in all our years of brutal combat and how brave they performed under duress even up to death without compromising our devotion to the code. This is a known.

When u have proof of such in modern times from yonder then come back and attempt reason else remain silent.
ode!!! you claim we spend millions of dollars training an average solider but we still can't spend just thousands of naira feeding them at battle front,

yes , its impossible a war between nigeria and egypt , too far in geopolitics . For exemple egyptian air force have ready attack strategy for aerial strikes on ethiopia ( in case of war about the Nile river ) .

Just For Nigeria a Big country in africa , even if there is no threat at the moment, nigeria must have a respectable air defense ! 5 years is not enough to integrate a good defensive doctrine and master the air defense . and big powers ( France , USA , NATO, in case of revolution, or what they call a moderate insurgency , they will say quickly Nigerian army kills citizens! and strike you the day after easily with zero loses for them , and will put a government under their control and get more access to your ressources , WIN- WIN easily for them , but if you have a good air defense they will think about the military losses they may suffer , weigh the pros and cons and think twice before interferring . you need a kind of deterrence

nigeria sould invest un short , medium range air defense in small number of units to get a first base in the fields and after if needed it can invest in large systems and a big network
Sorry man over here we rely on luck and chance. Worst case scenario we adopt the fire brigade approach.
Nigeria has great potentials but mediocrity and corruption has us by the balls.

I know this is not directed to me. However I find this post rather obsured.

So if someone doesn't agree on something he's then labeled less patriotic? Sympathetic to the opposing country? How many times did I personally went the opposite direction against guys like MikeCZA and 61mech on SA defence issues? How many times do I tell jln115 to ignore certain posts and ssaengine doing the same to me..... Just because he's not blowing Henry240's and Covert1's horns it doesn't make him less patriotic, it simply means he sees through the light cover some people hide behind in the name of patriotism.

Keep running away from my simple question, how many African countries have 200 Paveway bombs to wipe out a whole enemy air force parked at the airport grounds 20km away? Dominating the sky includes killing the enemy air force on the ground before it can fly up in the sky to challenge you. NAF is getting JF-17 to fight counter air and counter surface, Tucano will do counter surface if enemy air force is parked at the airport, they will never fly to meet us. That is how Israel wiped out the whole Egyptian air force on the ground. You should please rest your deliberate 'Only me is right' attitude.

War mongering is for military threads like this, did I say Nigeria should invade another country without unjustly? All those photos of jets, submarines you have been posting daily yourself, are you mongering peace here with deadly weapons?

I may sound brutal but truth is painful. Nigeria has no business sending food aid all over Africa. Let corrupt leaders use their stolen public funds to buy relief materials for their people or let the people rise up against their leaders. Over $10 billion Nigeria wasted on war intervention, IDP refugee camps, democratic elections of Sierra Leone and Liberia, yet 30 years after that these two diamond rich countries are still begging Nigeria for free gifts. Like West Africa is a cursed people with theives or fools as leaders.
