It's an insignificant number, when compared to what the Nigerian navy orders from home. In the last 11 months, the Nigerian navy and JTF have taken delivery of over 213 inshore patrol boats. Only 9 units of that number was purchased from abroad, every other unit was delivered by a local contractor.

I am assuming the Chinese built Wing Loong 1 UCAV is among the unmanned air assets Nigeria possesses though I haven't seen any picture of one on Nigerian soil or in its airspace.

They are clearly fulani herdsmen/ irregulars
Their mode of dressing and the languages being spoken there gives them away
BHT predominantly spoken kanuri; fulani irregulars- fula/hausa
Buhari himself has confirmed that they are fula herdsmen
In fact even if he wanted to call them BHT he couldn't cause he's boxed himself into a corner by saying he has technically defeated them
