BREAKING: Ansaru Terrorists Accuse IPOB Of Killing Muslims, Claim Nnamdi Kanu’s Group Behind Activities Of Unknown Gunmen In South-East.
The group disclosed this in a video and bulletin about its activities released on Wednesday night.

Jamar Ansarul Muslimina fi Biladi Sudan, popularly known as Ansaru, has accused the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) of killing Muslims in the Southern part of the country.

In the 16 minutes video, Ansaru said the ‘unknown gunmen’ terrorising the Southern part of the country are IPOB members.

It also accused the Nnamdi Kanu-led group of killing a pregnant Muslim woman, Harira Jubril and her four children in Anambra State.

“Here is some committers of excess known as IPOB. Look at how they have been killing our comrades these days in the Southern part,” the leader of the group said in the video.

“Drivers are stopped, ejected from their vehicles and shot, a Muslim woman with her four children were stopped and killed, and then it was reported as unknown gunmen, this is lie.

“The organization of IPOB has been supported to kill Muslims, then Muslims, who is yours? Who is it that will protect you?”

Ansaru also called on all Muslims to support the group’s cause to fight and defend them from alleged persecution by groups like IPOB.

It further denied the attack on an Abuja-Kaduna-bound train in March 2022, which claimed no fewer than eight lives. Many people were in the attack and some of those abducted have yet to regain their freedom.

According to the group, its main aim is to protect Islam and Muslims who have been cheated and oppressed, adding that a man called Abu Barra is not its leader.

I have nothing against tinubu as a person. He is not a wicked man, but his only problem is greed.

The same greed that made him not leave the lagos state purse after becoming governor. Put his daughter in charge of markets, his son in charge of advertising, himself in charge of tax.

Now the same greed made him decide to contest and divide the South for the North.

Now that the North has taken over PDP, the following scenarios await tinubu.

1) They tell him that now that PDP has presented a Muslim, it will be wrong for APC to give another Muslim. So they have to give osibanjo.

2) They say they need someone that is close to the South East to win South East votes. They pick Amechi, to win South East and South South.

3) They can say no Southerner can win Atiku, then they present a North East candidate.

4) Buhari can do consensus and give Umahi.

5) They give Tinubu, he wastes his money in campaign, while they work for Atiku.

So if any of the 4 plays out as it will likely happen, tinubu will pullout in regret.

So will he accept to enter PDP and become Atikus VP?

I agree with you that Atiku will not consider Wike but PDP NWC will persuade Atiku to consider him. If GEJ gets APC ticket, then PDP will do everything to pacify Wike. Without this, Wike will ensure GEJ wins Rivers , Cross river and Bayelsa with a wide mirgin.
Hence if Atiku rejects Wike, a SS/ SE Governor from Wike' camp acceptable to Atiku will be use as compromise.

The PDP NWC knowing and putting into consideration the grieviances of the South East is still in the process of pacifying the bigger SE rather than an aggrieved wike who is seen as a desperate wounded lion.

Wike cannot have a stronger force in Bayelsa than Governor Diri Douye, I don’t know about Cross River state. Even Cross River and Rivers State are by default PDP so there is little or nothing he can do to alter the votes cast there

I think PDP NWC will want to reconcile Atiku and Wike using the V.P ticket because Atiku will still need the support of Woke to win the General election.
Hence they will persuade Atiku to accept Wike as his V.P. if Atiku refuses , then one of the Governors in Wike's camp will likely get the ticket. In that case, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi might get the ticket. Selecting Ihedioha means further spitting on Wike which PDP will try to avoid.
Also remember that Atiku has an informal agreement with PDP Governors that one of them will become his V.P. That is one of the reasons Peter Obi left the party.

Wike is the last person Atiku would want to consider as running mate due to his rebellious nature.
Politicians are like military officers, they would never choose as ally someone who they feel may revolt against them.
Wike has a very poor public appeal at the moment so his issue is totally ruled out

Atiku might rule that out because despite Ihedioha's contributions towards his success via Tambuwal, he might still feel betrayed that Ihedioha let him down by pitching his tent with Tambuwal instead of him, citing the fact that his machinery brought Ihedioha into national limelight pre and post 1999 elections. Ihedioha was first an Atiku boy before becoming Tambuwal's colleague and close ally.

Now do you think Atiku can refuse whoever Tambuwal recommends for any position? What other position do you think Ihedioha could be interested in? Who else in the entire south is closer to Tambuwal and Atiku if not Ihedioha

Makes no difference. What we need is a genuine government. Ihedioha will have no impact. Atikus government won't be very different from what we already know. That's why we all should back Peter Obi

Obi is everyone’s choice, how I wish Obi had remained in PDP.
But the fact is that he’s not going anywhere with the unpopular party he’s in right now.

You’re quite correct, but I think Emeka Ihedioha might be interested in pursuing his gubernatorial aspiration.

Governorship election in Imo state comes up in 2024, so he has both federal and state elections at his disposal.

It’s either Atiku/Ihedioha or Atiku/okowa

Some political analysts are of the opinion that Tambuwal’s action of publicly endorsing Atiku rather than Wike was a total betrayal on his end.
They think considering the fact that Wike supported Tambuwal wholeheartedly, in cash and in kind during the 2018 PDP primaries, Tambuwal should have also reciprocated by throwing his weight behind Wike instead of Atiku.
I choose to defer. Wike stands no chance in defeating any candidate from the APC due to the numerous negative traits he posses and lack of charisma.
Tambuwal did the right thing by supporting the most popular candidate in the person of Atiku Abubaker.

The Coalition of Northern Groups on Tuesday promised to retaliate against the alleged killing of its kinsmen in the South-East geo-political zone, the development it claimed, had been greeted with the conspiracy of silence.

The organization also threatened to boycott patronage of the media over what it termed bias by media managers on the activities of the Indigenous People of Biafra and Eastern Security Network.

The Spokesperson of CNG, Abdul-Azeez Suleiman, issued the threats in a statement which, according to him, was “in response to the incessant killing of Northerners in South-East”.
He added that they would “be forced to react to every provocation and unwarranted violation.”

He said the CNG had taken stock of events unfolding in South-East Nigeria, especially, the attacks and killings of Northerners passing through or residing among Igbo communities as minorities.

The statement reads, “We note that hate campaigns and propaganda being conducted by created by certain interest groups in the South-East in the form of regional and ethnic agitators have emboldened the outlawed terrorist IPOB/ESN to carry out these unprovoked evictions, attacks, killings, destructions of properties and other forms of violations against northerners in various parts of the South East.
