We must distinguish between a misdemeanor and a criminal act. The police PRO, in my own opinion is a hypocrite.

An unarmed citizen was physically and verbally threatened with being killed by the gun of a Nigerian police and she reacted emotionally.

The woman's lawyer should advise her to claim "temporary insanity" that was caused by the psychological threat of the unprofessional policeman and also counter sue to police for inflicting violent verbal threat and severe emotional trauma on this female Nigerian citizen.

They should also make sure the trial is well publicised in both social and traditional media.

I think the reason is that the average Yoruba’s mind is mentally tilted towards seeing the Hausa/Fulani as superior and a sorta leader & helper.
It Could be due to religious, political or historical reasons. The Igbos are the only tribe that continues to stand face to face with the Northerners and keep checking their excesses.
Hausa/Fulanis tend to get aggressive when confronted, so the peace loving Yorubas do all they can not to be in the bad books of the northerners, Igbos will have non of that and are always ready to face the northerners Bumper to Bumber, strength to strength

The Yorubas on the other hand kinda transfer their aggression to the Igbos whom they see as more tolerant.

The facts:

1) Izombe is the same place where a military officer was caught on camera ordering his men to shoot anybody they saw, after some of his men lost their lives fighting the local youths. Hundreds of houses were burnt as a result..

2)Few days ago, some ebubeagu miscreants went to the same area and tried to bully the locals and the local security group ambushed them, capturing some ebubeagu rodents in the process.

4) THE MAIN POINT: Izombe lies around the area where most of the new gas deposits you have been reading about were discovered. That part of Imo also has an enermous amount of oil deposits. Buhari and his goons at Imo government house are desperately trying to empty the place of Its human quantity and most probably turn it into a Ruga zone with some fulani settlements ofcourse...

5)The totally inebriated and compromised OP, oyigboupdate is another Igbo hating reprobate from Rivers state. He is fighting for One Nigeria with his face thoroughly blackened by soot coming from looted Niger Delta oil.. Rivers state is very close to these areas, so he knows the game he was paid to play.

5)These massacres and burning of houses and properties were most likely carried out by some ebubeagu rats in combination with the genocidal machine called the Nigerian Army, as reprisals for the Ebubeagu flies captured and rightly maimed by the localss few days ago... The Indigenous People of Biafra has stated that the purported video showing the killing of the Ebubeagu commander in Imo State is false.

This is just as the secessionist Biafra group condemned the activities of all criminal gangs in Orsuihiteukwa, Orsumoghu, Orsumenyi and Orlu axis in Imo State.

The group claimed that IPOB and the Eastern Security Network were not involved in the purported killing of the deceased.

It said the deceased was not the Ebubeagu commander as purportedly claimed in the video.

The IPOB group alleged that the man in the trending video was killed because he rejected to be part of the infamous Ebubeagu militia group.

These were made known in a statement issued by the group’s Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, on Thursday.

In the statement, Powerful said IPOB’s investigation team on the horrific video that went viral showed that the deceased was killed by some criminal gangs.
Powerful also claimed that IPOB’s intelligence report and discovery uncovered that the deceased was accused by the criminal gang of sabotage.

He said, “The young man was deceived that he was joining the ESN and along the line, he found out that he was recruited into a criminal gang and not ESN. He decided to escape from their camp.

“The criminal group started searching for him for the fear he might be a big threat and danger to them.

“The man was killed because he rejected to be part of the infamous group Ebubeagu militia that kidnap for ransom, snatches cars and killing of innocent citizens and continue blaming ESN operatives and IPOB volunteers.”

The group stated that some “dissidents” and enemies of Biafra freedom were busy sharing videos of the heinous crime in order to discredit and tarnish the image of ESN operatives and IPOB volunteers in the region.

The statement read in part, “We, the global family and movement of IPOB wish to condemn the barbarity of all criminal gangs in Orsuihiteukwa, Orsumoghu, Orsumenyi and Orlu axis in Imo State.

“IPOB wants to clarify that the viral videos showing the execution of a man with a red T-shirt and a pair of jeans who was extrajudicially killed in Imo State is not Ogwu (the mayor of Mozambique) the Ebubeagu Commander in Imo State that masterminded the killing of 14 innocent youths in Awomanma, some weeks ago.

“It is important we elucidate that IPOB declared him wanted but the extrajudicially murdered person was not Ogwu, the Ebebubeagu Commander.”

Earlier today, a ‘gruesome’ video of some men disguised as gunmen shooting some guy 'dead' in a bush surfaced online.
The man who is said to be the notorious Ebubeagu commander known as Ogwu, was seen begging for his life and pleaded for an opportunity to make a phone call.
After a careful observation of that video, I’ve come to the conclusion that the said video is fake and an acted script.
Ogwu has been declared wanted by IPOB, so in a bid to paint a picture of his demise, he stylishly came up with that poorly acted script.

Below are the reasons why that video is fake.

1) The video started with where he was seen pleading for mercy, then he slowly backed out to a blind spot behind some bushes, the shooter fired a shot and that was it. No visuals of him being shot at, or his corpse, just the sound of the gunshot

2) The next scene showed where his body was being dragged on the ground by some men. A closer look at the body being dragged never revealed any sign of bloodstain or gunshot wound for someone whom we are meant to believe was shot at a close range.

3) The men who acted that script all left their faces uncovered, with no attempt to hide both their faces or voices. From the videos of UGM online, we all know they mostly operate with face masks to conceal their identities.

4) Had it been it was UGM that truly caught that man, believe me he would have been made to go through serious torture and pains before being executed. And all would have been recorded on video, with warnings and threats issued to other saboteurs.

5) It is rumored that the Ebubeagu commander is currently hiding in the house of Eze ndiigbo in Ghana.

6) There was no sign of ripples or ruffling when his body was pushed into that pit. The person videoing wasted little or no time to show the pit when the body was dumbed in, so there should have been ripples.
7) No major news outlet has carried the news since it broke out.
8 The known DSS agent udele1, Oyigboupdate would have been the first to rush and post it here if it was real. He obviously knows it’s fake that’s why he hasn’t made mention of the video yet
