It seems Grizemann is no more coming. |
monerozi5590:I have been reading your comments about poch and Sarri and all i can say is that Your judgement is Shallow, one sided and laced with amazing ignorance of the game of football. Few coaches could have the ball and courage of coaching teams like Tottenham and Napoli and performed the way the guys are performing. U think say Coaching na easy job i laff in pellegrini. Don't you think their was a reason why poch was offered a whopping 5 years contract despite going trophyless seasons after seasons Why did Napoli find it hard to release sarri in the first place if he was a failure Why did Mourinho and Guardiola go to inferior clubs like Tottenham and Napoli if it is a easy feat Point is, This people upgraded their clubs beyond their expectations and pedigree, How was Tottenham before they appointed poch? Harry kane, Dele Alli, Eriksen, lloris and vertogen were not yet the player they were today. He motivated them all to become the world stars they are today. Trophies is not the Alpha and omega of every club if not, a top club like Arsenal would have sacked Arsene wenger long time ago.Even those in top clubs are going trophyless how much more of Inferior clubs like Tottenham and Napoli. Mourinho has gone trophyless in 3 out of his last 6 seasons, Guardiola went trophyless last season despite spending Millions to improve his squad. Instead of slaying them for not winning trophies why not Praise them for doing an extraordinary by unlocking the potentials of their respective inferior clubs. |
Olamyyde:We are not used to the 4-4-2 formation before but we somehow adapted with that. I believe we can also utilize the 4-2-3-1 formation with time but it must come with a lot of defensive contributions from Coutinho and Dembele, they must track back to help the defense. Messi can reserve his energy for when we are with the ball, Make we sha sign Grizemann and Thiago first, Then season go Sha pra pra. |
My preferred Starting eleven next season. Ter stegen Semedo Pique Umtiti Alba Thiago Busquet Dembele Messi Coutinho Grizemann |
Fellow cules which of the Midfield options will u will prefer Thiago ,Erikson, Pjanic or Rabiot. As for me i will prefer Thiago, because he already had the barca DNA and will be cheeper than the rest self maybe Rabiot, I just pray his Injury nightmares stopped at barca. |
Coutinho14:Yes yes, that danger zone.... that R 2 zone where he pools the trigger and boom he has already scored ![]() We go really enjoy him next season ooo. |
larride:Of course i knew that it has been changed but i decided to stick with the traditional one. Goals win you matches no doubt, but how can you get the goals withouts the assists, dribbles key passes and take ons. Don't worry Modric,Kroos,Isco,Marcelo are already doing that so qualms. But do you know there is a super natural being who does all this alone for a certain club, that's strange right his name is Messi,it is hard to believe but it is the truth.Since the commencement of the Rebranded champions league. Real Madrid 7 UCL. Barca 5 UCL. Ronaldo 5 UCL. (So Madrid only have 2 Champions League more than Ronaldo According to you) Messi 4 UCL. But what you should remind yourself is that Madrid are not only playing the champions league but also in the Liga, Which they have won just twice in the past decade.Shambolic!!! Fact is, we are still in the Messi/barca era argue with your Level adviser. ![]()

sebod:Common, he was just unlucky, his players let him down, Karious to be Precise plus salah injury. |
larride:1) Champions League didn't start in 1992. for your info, Di stefano and pukas also have 5 UCL, Gento has 6. 2) What you posted just affirmed our judgement, His relevance starts and ends with goals, goals and nothing else, he could not celebrate cheerfully yesterday because he was not able to score (Thank God for his village people for sending an invader to the pitch to block that) . 90% of what u posted is about goals, what happened to assists, key passes, dribbles and take ons. 3) For a player who has the most appearances in CL, his records are understandable, Do you know thatif Messi didn't score in his next 20 matches, Ororo won't still match his goal per game ratio. Now you know. |
diggz:Wetin be painment here again, I will be happy if my club wins it once in every three years or in 3 consecutive tries, either way, winning na winning. Though winning the UCL consecutively is a huge achivement but Winning the treble is much more better, ask any Madrid fan on which one he prefers. By your logic, Messi has also won 2 trebles in his career but Ororo has none. so that is also a Minus for Ororo no?? As big as Madrid is, A club of over 100 years of history has never won the treble. It is like an Achilles heel for them, they wish they could win it soon. It has even became a norm here so much so that even if we win 2 outta 3 trophies we are participating in, Without the treble, it feels somehow like a trophyless season some times, such is the standard, they can go and chop their back to back, I don't care. |
usbcable:Lol, we remember when your club could not get past the Round of 16 stages for about 5 years or so. Lol, we remember Ronaldo don't even smell the UCL final in his first 5 years with Real madrid. Lol, Enjoy your victory while it lasts. Nobody is an island of success we've both had our equal ride to success and failures atimes. That is football, that is life. |
Using Madristars whack logic,Ronaldo should not win the World best player award. This is a world cup year, let's say a team not named the portugal win it,then, the best player of that team should be given the world best, say Neymar with Brazil.Because if this isn't a world cup year Ronaldo would have won the award because his team clinched the champions league despite him not being the overall best player. And perhaps,The world cup is the bigger trophy. It is high time they changed the World best player award to the best Champions League player award. Mehhhn that logic is a flawed one. ![]() |
Congratulations to the third best team in spain for clinching the UCL trophy,Job well done. La liga is really the best, Imagine the third best team winning the Champions League trophy,i mean. Take a bow!!! |
diggz:Ronaldo,5 UCL in his playing career. Messi, 4 UCL trophies in his playing career. wetin be back to back to back again. Fact is, they both won it multiple times either consecutively or in installment. The back to back record is for the club and not an individual record. And for the record two clubs have already achieved that in the past so no biggie. ![]() |
The problem of these anti Messi activists no be here. They don't watch Argentina matches in the Qualifying series, they don't watch them at the COPA, they don't watch them at the world cup group stages,Some of them don't even watch them in the Finals but will come here and tell us how Messi squandered the team chances. They are rather subjective than being objective. They don't know how Messi carried an average team to the World cup almost by himself (Hint:No Argentinian player scored more than 2 in the qualifying series, Messi scored six) Some of them only learnt that messi missed a penalty on youtube. They will now open their stinking mouth and tell you how Messi let his country down after playing his sweat out. Ignore them. Hypocrites ![]()

Bye Bye pa Iniesta.... one of the greatest human being to ever play the round leather game. Wishing you Good luck in all ur future endeavors. |
raumdeuter:4 CL bro... |

Since 2016 Copa America final with Argentina: Paulo Dybala: 0 goals, 12 matches Gonzalo Higuain: 1 goal (WCQ), 8 matches Sergio Aguero: 2 goals (Friendly's), 7 matches Angel Di Maria: 2 goals (1 in WCQ, 1 in friendly), 17 matches Lionel Messi : 6 goals (all 6 in WCQ), 10 matches. But but he has the better teammates.......Messi is the most underrated footballer ever. Dude is carrying both club and country and will probably needs an intense Sholder surgery when he retires. |
khingTony:Even if you list millions of matches we lost with Neymar it doesn't in anyway negate the fact we missed him. The MSN on their day are the best trio in modern day football. They were unstoppable in their first together but was deprived of the necessary midfied support required of a team like Barcelona hence the decline. Present day barca, Messi has been the Alpaha and omega of what we've done this season,he is the only genuine attacking threat we have at present (Coutinho and Dembele are still adapting, though the latter is fast becoming a revelation) and that has been the reason why we find it hard to beat inferior teams like Sevilla,Celta and Levante in his absence. If Neymar was in the Roma's game maybe, just maybe we would have won because often times Neymar has always stepped up whenever Messi has been man marked or overcrowded by defenders (PSG's match and some games against Atletico were good examples) |
We missed Neymar in our attack this season and that's a fact weather you accept or not. Dembele's injury and slow adaptation dosent help either but thank God he is stepping up. If there was any positive in yesterday's match it was simply the Genius of Coutinho. Next season is gonna be lit with him in the squad. Imagine if was included in the Champions League squad it could have been a different ball game though. If we can get an excellent midfielder in the name of Thiago or Pjanic or Ericksen, we will surely be unstoppable next season. FORCA BARCA, we live another day for another battle ![]() |
LordAdam:If messi wasn't 't the reason why haven't we lost in the league whenever he plays?? why haven't we conceded five goals no matter how bad our form could be The truth is Our defence was shitty yesterday and nothing more to it. It got to a point when all their Shots on target was Converted to goals they were so determined and lethal yesterday. As for messi, he could only carry d team as far as his energy could endure, his individual brilliance has turned many losses to draw and many draws to win. But when you encounter dogged and defensive minded teams like Atletico and Roma their is virtually nothing he could do and thus our over reliance on him back fires and humiliates us. Messi cannot always have an excellent game that's a fact. |
LordAdam:They can't score five when messi is on the pitch that's the truth. Messi is Our best attacker and defender combined. With Messi's influence, Our attack would be busy and we would have hit like two to three goals before their onslaught at the start of the second half. There will always be that fear factor when he plays as they won't enjoy much freedom like yesterday ask Sevilla. Our defence was shitty though. |
Pep Guardiola.... He came,He saw,He conquered. He is renowned for his beautiful, aesthetic and pragmatic approach to football. A tactical coach per excellence and an individual who sticks to his ideas and philosophy no matter how gigantic the remonstrance could be. He never for once compromise his style of play even in the heat of a looming failure or disappointment. Just like the Historical warrior Hercules, he won and conquered every territory he steped his foot on. After his mesmerizing and trophy laden feats in Spain and germany his critics challenged him to come over to England and win the "the most competitive league in the world". Trust him, just like the fighter he is, he dusted his creditials and boots, off he went, he stood up against all odds in a tumultuous and husky first season he managed to clinch the second position and being the vitim of his own success and pedigree, having won the league title in 7 out of the 9 years of his blooming career, hishaters grabbed their microphones, picked up their drums and started singing the "didnt we told you song" little did they know that pep was just like the proverbial Ram that retreated in order to garner more power and energy albeit in an uncowardly manner. He stood up and started from where he stopped. He unlocked his his footballing arsenal,Slaying every opponents he met in his way,Big and small teams alike, winning 18 matches consecutively before being stopped by a dogged Liverpool side.He shattered all records available, from accumulaing a staggering number of 100 points to breaking the highest number of goals scored in the Epl.Pep has indeed achived the unachiveable and has rendered his Challengers and opponents dumbfounded moreso, even in a scintillating manner. He is indeed a reference to every active coach presently and unarguably so, in an unprejudiced manner the best coach in the world,he is pep Guardiola. Feared by his enemies, respected by his colleagues and adored by his fans. |
If Messi could do this at 30 i believe he still has like 3-4 years of top football to offer. |
Emasel:How time flies ![]() See how Pep dey shame all his Haters... And yes EPl is not La liga or Bundesliga as he never found it easy over there. He didn't accumalate 100 points in La liga and he didn't win 18 consecutive matches in the Bundesliga. awon oniyeye ![]() |
Messi's Love for Suarez could cause a huge problem for barca in future because Suarez has been declining since about two since years ago and by the time barca try to offload him or bench him, Our Oga nla might kick against it and he has always been the numero uno and the de facto coach and he will have the final say....... The tin tire me o, Because it might turn out to be a pain in the azz for us just like Benzema is turning for Madrid due to Ronaldo's insistence. I pray Grizemann hits the ground running immediately and comes with an undeniable form that even messi can't resist. Mind you, Messi's hard tackle against Ramos in the Clasico was a retaliation for his dear friend, Suarez. chai ![]() |
philfearon:The match against Villarreal was probably his best in a barca jersey, most of his performances have been below par.... but i guess ur admiration for him has overshadowed Ur objectivity. |
Useless club ![]() You bera beg Liverpool to lose against Brighton on sunday cause they can still play in the champions league next season if they win it this season. Be humble, beg them now!!! ![]() |
philfearon:No, i don't concur Digne is an average player, no pace and his decision making is poor in short, he is not a barca standard player. I will rather we use Barca b players if no quality player will come. |
Why did Napoli find it hard to release sarri in the first place if he was a failure
