A new ticketing group allegedly set up by Abia governor has gone rogue.

One of the ticketing groups set up by Abia State governor, Dr. Alex Otti beat up a man today, seized his motorcycle and refused to give it back.

Trouble started when the okada rider whose name remains unknown was asked to show his ticket for the day, and he refused. The refusal infuriated members of the task Force who vowed that the okada man is trying to be funny, and doesn't want to comply with the directives allegedly issued by the State government.

According to the arguments overhead by Uptownerd, the taskforce people stated that the man simply doesn't want to pay, even challenging to fight them if they harass him or try to stop him.

Following his threats, the taskforce decided to show him pepper. Seeing how they tried to manhandle him, fight ensued, and the man was beat up.

It's not clear if the taskforce later released the motorcycle to him, although people started begging them on behalf of the man afterwards.
