Take a break from the internet for a full semester unless you are checking out stuff related to your studies and just focus on studying, starting or joining a study group with other intelligent students, make friends with those you observe are easily excelling in your classes, listen to Christian tape messages as you study the Bible if you still find it dificult understanding the Bible when you read it.
And please if you must, Dont read and comment or argue on or about Nigeria's problems, whether in your hostel or online, Arguing with whimps and idiots about Nigeria's problems can make you dementia and thereby you get symptoms you are presently observing.
