A hotel embodies all you and I have said including lack of social distancing..

Moreover chances being far far lower and chances being far higher seems equal to me as long as both categories get infected and has same tendency to infect others.
nah man a hotel is normally one person per room. Or maybe two.(a couple) the same as in a home. So I've never been a hotel And se crowd in it B4 maybe this one started during the pandemic. So how is social distancing lacking in hotels?

And secondly chances being lower is not the same as being higher. If not you shouldn't talk about fast means of spreading the virus, since it's all equal. I'm done with this conversation, argue with your common sense and conscience.

I am not Yoruba or Igbo but I can confidently say the woman must be one very dull woman because she only ended up jumping from a drum of fire to a tanker to fire.

The character of Igbo guys when it comes to woman and jealousy is really disgusting and you can hardly find any difference between the educated ones and the uneducated ones in this jealousy issue.
It amazes me how you people conclude on the character of a whole tribe from your sour relationship with a handful. What is wrong with you guys sef? No two human beings are the same make una stop to talk like illiterates. #hisses

Reason before you respond, the virus can stay active on items for so many hours (24hrs - 48hrs) as well as cold temperatures..

How many user do hotels get in a day or two day for its rooms, utensils, mattress, beds, couches, ac switch, remotes, wardrobes etc...
the chances of Corona virus spreading from infected items is far far lower than the chances of catching it directly from droplets of an infected person. Common sense and medical proof should tell us that. That's the reason we are strongly advised to avoid crowded places and wear nose masks. You can't tell me that a hotel of all places is the fastest way to spread Corona virus. Na leprosy?

He put his laws in action for the good of you and I, hotels are the fastest means of spread for the virus.

Why then are the big hotels shut, while this small one is trying to be greedy and smart.
how is hotel the fastest means to spread the virus? Do you reason B4 you type? How crowded can a hotel be?

Who is this weed smoking Sowore? What has he said about the rubbish going on in the West? What has he said about the sudden disappearance of their son Osinbajo from his duties other than paying condolence visits? Did he even know the crime that the PDP youth leader committed that warranted the govt placing a bounty of 5m on him? People are just too fast to condemn others simply because they don't like the person. The task force warned him. Rather than comply or feel remorseful, he went into attacking the task force brandishing all manner of weapon and inflicted injuries on the task force members. If Sowore was the governor, would he told his hands against such a person? That means those working for him have no security. Weed smoker

I partially agree with you. But how many schools does the Lagos Archdiocese own? How many? 50? Maybe a few more how many hospitals? 100? Maybe more. I'm sure they are not up to. How many secondary schools do you think winners have? At least 4 in every state. Dy are called kHMS kingdom heritage schools. How many branches do you think winners have in Nigeria? 5000+ and 1k+ in other countries. Now I was very close to our church accountant. My church was a small winners oh with just about 1k members made up of mostly students cos it was a student environment. Ordinary Wednesday midweek service he Dy count 2m as offering and tithes in a small church oh. Shilloh sacrifice Dy clock 20m for one small church. Guy I'm telling you Lagos Archdiocese whatever no reach anywhere. Definitely the Catholic Church is the richest religious institution. But just Lagos own to rich pass oyedepo... Nah you are hilariously over exaggerating

If you be pastor for Nigeria you gats fear oyedepo Lol. To digress a bit, winners chapel left an old site, and a pastor decided to use it as an advantage, so he put up a sign board there which says " why go far?" Which he aimed at diverting the winners members that live close to that location to his own church which he planned on starting soon. He quickly bought the land. Baba oyedepo heard of this and bought the whole area. The church closed down before it started grin
No try winners oh.

So I met this girl who I really wanted to make out with. She was wild, I could tell and I have never done wild.
I came over to her place and saw her dad, and as a sharp guy, I quickly wanted to go but she insisted I stay.
After dinner we started making out in the sitting room and yes her dad was right there.. She kept saying "its fine, he wouldn't even notice and even if he does he doesn't mind " as for me, I was scared ni....
And when I thought it couldn't get any worse, Her Dad joined in. Now this sounds like a crazy fairy tale or a shitty porn movie, but trust me it was real as hell.
At first I didn't mind, but later her dad started touching me carelessly. I being a very smart somebody didn't wait for things to get more nasty I decided to take off.
Later that day I went through our previous chat to see if I ever accidentally mentioned I am a bi sexual. Right then, I stumbled upon a truth and dare game we played...where she said "I dare you to have sex with my dad".
I remember reading it, but I can't remember why I just ignored it completely.
But that is one crazy shit I always wish I never experienced. I mean I can't even understand why I was there after the father joined and why I waited for him to touch me before running and the most annoying part was that I wasn't even high. huh
I believe you a hundred percent. Back in the days of 2go a girl I met in aba room agreed for hook-up I went to her house and her brother told me he knew what I came for. He told me boldly that if I wanted to have his sister I should Bleep him first. Aaaaaah I just started going the girl came to the gate and told me so I don't love her I said I did, then she said why don't I just do it with her brother so I can have her. ladies and gentlemen, things Dy happen for this life

U said what you said does not mean you make sense. There are proud prostitutes, you shouldn't be be ashamed to identify as one my dear. You attended primary, secondary and probably university for the same purpose as a man, which is to get a job or open a business. So is it that you are dumb, or indolent or nothing good can come out of you? Why can't you work and have your own money? Eh sister why? There are a lot of things you can do to get money including prostitution. But be proud of your hustle. if you are a prostitute, ply your trade everywhere. You can't have just one customer called boyfriend. Thank you

Themarkethere:
Your dad came across as one who acknowledged God. God spoke to him through dreams but I am not sure he understood it all. If he had seen one who really understood with him what some of his dreams meant, somethings would have been averted. And that he even documented them would have made God spoke more to him but it ends with him understanding them well.

That dream your father told you on his dying bed, is his legacy to you, clearly Habakkuk2:2 and that you have stumbled upon his written ones, is that you may run with it. His dying dream was clear and simple, to tell you that the future is communicated through dreams, that he is a proof and that you should get serious with dreams too.

What caused your dad's death is highly likely in his documented dreams. Some things about you may also likely be there. If your dad his going to have any opportunity to let a thing come to you from the spirit realm, he is going to trust you getting it via dream because he told you what to look out for.
I gave up on Christianity and theism even B4 my dad took ill. There are some dreams I read that would firmly suggest the cause of his death when correlated with his last words. BTW my dad died while crying and shedding tears. According to him he was being flogged by some evil men and they were accusing him of something falsely. That is the much he said B4 going into coma and dying shortly. But my newly found way of thinking made me not want to seek any meaning to those dreams. And I have strong reason not to. The Dreams are all with me. I bought a padlock and locked the bag. but I kept the documents mostly for rememberance. I could hear his voice while reading them.

During my PPA, we were forced by the principal to pass everyone after the 3rd term exam. The pain of wasting your starched shirt coming to school Monday to Friday, teaching SS1 blockheads that can't recite 36 states and capitals couldn't allow me to obey the principal's order. I added extra 10 marks to all of them out of my benevolence yet none scored above 50.
The principal asked me to re-mark the scripts, I refused. My head teacher did the wayo for them. The principal refused giving me clearance form for that month.
That's heroic however, there is no karma. Good people mostly do not get rewarded and bad people mostly do not get punished. The only reward you get for doing good in this world is self fulfillment of knowing you did the right thing. Always do the right thing even if no one Knows, you will always know

Keep them.
It must have meant a lot to him to take down details of his dreams, considering the fact that he tried as best as he possibly could to tell you his dreams even on his sickbed.
That was like him taking down notes.
it makes sense now. You are right. I tried so much to discourage him from trying to narrate the dreams because it was very difficult for him to say a word on his sick bed. But he refused. Even in obvious pain and discomfort he carefully narrated Dem just as if he was writing an essay, he even said the dates. After which he felt a bit relieved

Your father seems like a very detailed man who paid very close attention to things...a good sign of someone with an above average IQ.
My condolences to you on his passing.

As for documenting his dreams, I find this very fascinating mostly because a lot of people would not remember their dreams in details after an hour of waking up...so the combination of his consistency with the writing and the ability to recall them, is really astonishing.

I see nothing wrong in the behaviour though, I think I should even consider doing the same thing whenever I can...just for the excitement & nostalgia I know I'll feel from reading documentations of my own dreams. cool
Thanks. You are right tho I hardly remember my dreams at all, even less in details. Sometimes I only remember I had a dream days after. My dad even cross checked his dreams with future dreams and compared there consistency. The details were so unprecedented

How have I not seen this thread since. Well my own case is almost extreme cos it affects my relationship with family. I just basically don't want anybody to talk to me except i talk to you first. I think I've been this way since I was a kid even though mine was coupled with low self esteem cos I could remember my dad will tell me of an incident that happened one day he took me to crunchies for a
Kid he opened the door and entered as a kid that is supposed to be excited and run in with him, i stayed back timidly at the door till he came back to grab me by the hand. Primary school also had it's toll on me as I had an accident that gave me a very scattered dentition. I was nicknamed Dracula. I hated going to school even tho I always came first or second. Growing up and entering the university, I made a deliberate attempt to boost my self esteem. It hasn't been easy but I've made very huge progress. I told myself hei boy look you are not bad looking, you are intelligent, you are skillful ( I was one of the best keyboardist in my school) so you have no reason to be timid. A milestone achievement was when people asked me to run for the post of the departmental president. In my mind I was like Lol me? E be like una no know d Kain person I be. People just generally liked me. I rejected the offer even tho they promised to buy form for me and take care of the campaigning. But the thought didn't leave my mind. And something kept on telling me, nigga you can do this. I wasn't scared of losing the election I was just timid to declare my intentions to run. I finally made up my mind a day to the election and hence no publicity was made. I prepared a lit manifesto but timidly presented it. But all the same I won by a wide margin. I couldn't believe this. Now even tho o never got to use the office because all students unionism was banned a week after due to a protest. So I don't know how I would av performed as a Dept president cos I know I no fit shout upon the greatest gba gba. Lolx... But I always feel proud about it. I'm still introverted to the core but have gradually overcome low self-esteem. I hope this inspires someone. smiley
