have a friend who's hiv positive, was invited for the pre-employment medicals with a top bank, here in Nigeria, he opened up to the doctor and the doctor asked for his last CD4 count and Viral load result to check if he's infectious, he did submit it and the doctor confirmed it wasn't infectious, she sent it to the bank's HR that he has it but not infectious, its over a week now and he hasn't been informed! That's so horrible! That's the big issue with Stigma, though its understandable that one can't work in the health sector, but in banks? Why would they reject such! That's totally unfair, now my friend is on the verge of committing suicide, now he's placed on surveillance, he's totally traumatised...... What are the NGO's in Nigeria doing?, though I'm yet to conclude if the bank will still invite him for the next stage, as for the bank, I won't mention the name, its well! God help Us!

I was denied a job in the telecommunication sector because of high blood pressure which was actually due to stress and not chronic.
The wicked thing they do is, they will not get back to you to anymore because they know it's illegal to reject someone based on that.
This really hurt me in ways i can't explain

If you don't mind starting very small.
Let me give you a break down.
1. You will buy a fire extinguisher #6500
2. You will need at least 4 units of 50kg cylinder. each costs an average of #35K. That's #140k
3. A scale for dispensing costs between #13-#20k depending on brand.
4. Two holes and 2 regulators (one for standard cylinders and one for the smaller cylinders). approximately #5k
5. Depending on the state you want to operate from, you will be required to pay a fee to the state Fire service. Here in Oyo state, it is #11k renewable at #2500 per annum. A certificate of operation will be issued to you.
6. You can earmark another #30k for sale of accessories and small cylinders. I bet, there is more profit on the sale of these accessories than the gas itself
7. Please, try to spend like another #30k on Indusrial gas burners; 1 unit of double and 1 unit of single. people rent them on weekends for events. The double one is rented@ #2k while the single is rented @ #1k.
8. You will need a carpenter to make shelf for you in the shop and another stand outside the shop to display accessories. That should not cost more than 20k.

In summary, 150k won't be sufficient. You would need at least 250k as start up capital, if you add up what I've put up there together.

PS: The business is a very lucrative one if you know your way around it. Meanwhile, I do it as a side hustle since I have a regular 9-5 job. I just trained a sales boy that I pay 10k to as salary

You will also need to fill the bottles with gas; that's 11k per 50kg bottle. you don't have to fill all four bottles at once if you don't have enough.
By and large bro, you are looking at 300k

You know the boy more than anyone here does. Don't listen to people telling you it's ok for him to always want to play with girls. It is your responsibility to ensure that your brother has more boys around him to play with than girls. I can't believe majority of the people here are saying you should just leave him like that. I mean what can go wrong with him playing with his fellow guys? Send him to boarding school now and make sure he has a guardian, tell the guardian to monitor him. There is no disadvantage in this, It's the right decision.

Story
The CBN has already absorbed over 1 trillion of the old notes. So the problem now is that there are no notes, both old and new. Hence, shifting the deadline for the spending of old notes does not solve the cash scarcity issue. I don't understand why some governors are fighting for extension instead of telling the CBN to make the new notes more available.
It's obvious they just want the old notes to still be valid by election day, so that vote sellers would not reject the notes they have stacked up in their homes.
However, it seems the CBN are short of new notes and they can't print it within days, hence they have no choice than recirculate the old notes, the failure is from them.

In as much as I dislike APC, if over voting actually happened in osun, then what is the use of the BVA and why won't it happen during the presidential election in the next two weeks?

I think I have mild depression too but I feel I'll be able to manage and even come out of it if I'm able to combat my anxiety.
