I can help you buy it. I know someone coming home in about 2 weeks. But you have to pay upfront. If that is not OK with you, lets forget it now. Also, the link attached is ONLY for left side fog light not the headlight. If you want to proceed, i can get all the cost for you. Make a deposit into my GTB or 1st Bank Account and you will receive it next 2 weeks kunleautos(at)yahoo.com Regards |

Let me get back to you on what i can find that is good. Meanwhile, i delivered this for a client about 2 years ago. https://www.nairaland.com/1276690/us-autobuy-dealer-dealers-delivers-2005#15518485 |
Will you consider a pre-order? About 5 weeks to arrive |
CityNG:Not even trying to. Anything that can be custom made (especially as good as yours) is much better. anyday. anytime. But there are those of us who are not readily handy with tools. We have to make do somehow. Its easy when you know what you are doing.....but for me, building a shed is something i wouldn't even try to do. |
The issue of city permits and fines goes both ways. Inspection/fines varies depending on the population density. Which is why its higher in NY than in Texas. Also, God forbid there is a fire in any of the structures and it happens to be inhabited. No fire sprinkler or emergency exits. The City can actually be sued if they inspect the house and look the other way or the inspector took a bribe. That will be the end of his career and possibly do a jail time as well. Good looking shed though. For those who are looking for something similar, there is a company called "Tuffshed". All that will be needed in assemble it. |
ibl0010:I will say 10-12m all inclusive |
ibl0010:It will be a bungalow. A duplex will require decking which can run you almost N2m alone. Your budget is not big enough |
Hi, Happy New Year. I split my time between US and Nigeria (Ogun, Oyo, and Lagos). Even without the land, it might be POSSIBLE with something like a 2-3 Bedroom for your self only but i am not sure if possible if it will consist a rental income. A 1 plot with a 2-3 bedroom and a BQ will gulp like 10k blocks. That is N1.4m. Roofing will be about N1.2m No fixtures . No materials and workmanship. Borehole. Plastering etc. And when you are not on ground, it will cost a bit more cos you wont be able to price shop around the laborers. That is just my input Good luck out there. |

Allow me to chime in a little bit into this very controversial subject. Concrete blocks depends mostly on the quality of aggregates (sharp sand, soft sand etc) and most importantly the mixing ratio. Because the way Nigeria is, most people want something for nothing. Lets assume that a properly made block will cost like N140/block, people will come and start haggling even though they know its the normal price in the market. What most block makers do is cut back on the quality to accommodate the price. If someone is adamant that they want to pay N120/blk, the guy will say fine rather than let the money "walk out the door". I was listening to a program one day and it featured Engineer Victor Oyenuga (President, Nigeria institute of Structural Engineer 2009/2001) and his recommendations is as follows: 3 sharp + 1 soft + 1bag of cement = 25-30 blocks I have 2 close friends that produces blocks and even though they produces a little bit more than recommended, they agreed with the the above. My 2 cents |
Its always good to mention the year and whether you prefer tokunbo or Naija used |
