How is this 3 years of disappointment ? Barca hasn't gone a season without a major trophy in the last 10 years. However, it is Madrid that will know a season of disappointments. Lots of humiliating defeats, nothing to play for as early as March and being relegated to play on Monday

I didn't expect Barca to go out to Lyon at the Camp Nou. It's a common theme in the last 3 years. Messi performs in the RO16 (remember Chelsea), then disappears in the QF; so it'd be interesting to see if they can break the QF curse.

That said, I have high hopes for Zidane. I don't think our current roster is as bad as it's been made out to be. We've got a healthy mixture of experience and youth, and with the right strike force and game plan we can pick ourselves up next year. Still, it's easier said than done.
