This is great presentation from Rosenoir

You're getting old.

Could be why you're getting easily impressed these days, I'm sure you accept most people you interview lately once they talk big

Make una tone down una expectation oo...Make the guy learn small. Blueco's expectation is not to be too ambitious

Kikelomogbenga:
To be clear, there is no issue between Osimhen and Lookman. If anything, Lookman consistently looked for Osimhen in the Mozambique game. The real problem was Bruno, and anyone who watches that phase of play again will see it.

Osimhen’s outburst had nothing to do with Lookman. The real source of his frustration was Bruno Onyemaechi. Between minutes 61 and 63, Osimhen was completely free to Bruno’s right and was the most obvious passing option, yet Bruno chose to do something else. That decision was terrible, and Osimhen was right to be angry about it.

After he had already lashed out at Bruno, Lookman only tried to calm him down. Osimhen then walked up to Lookman and said “it’s a team game,” which made it look like he was directing his anger at him, even though that wasn’t really the case.

In the end, the matter has been resolved and everyone has moved on.
Hopefully, the bolded is the case so there'll be no bad blood in consequent games.

Osimhen is still our best striker and we are so much better with him on the pitch. Nobody wants to watch that horror show we witnessed in second half against Dr Congo again.

But make e dey calm down too, he's not that infallible. Infact if you look at stats in this AFCON, he's already top 5 in missed chances, Would he like to be shouted at for same reason.

Make all of them settle and just play for the team. All this ruckus isnt worth it

Lookman and Osimhen will soon fight on that pitch. It's only a matter of time

They always look like they are squabbling with each other once there is a wrong move or pass among the two
BTW, That Osimhen Lookman thing has been a long time coming.

A good result

I prefer Arsenal to win league. Their fans are real and long suffering fans unlike belle-face City fans who are glory hunters who jump from club to club
Never!!!.

Them winning the league changes a whole lot. Na regime change that could possibly start a new phase in their club. They'll have a new confidence that allows them to "bottle" leagues and cups less

Na, make them maintain "the elephant on a tree" tag abeg

No gree for anybody
Dont mind them.

What's the proof that if he was given a free rein, he'll get the right players, if we used Delap as a case study.

The only argument he may have had was them telling him to give minutes to unwanted players.

The only reason I wasnt overly critical of the guy was because I didnt have huge expectations, afterall he just completed his first full season in premiership but beyond that make nobody hype am beyond what he is.

When I have small time and if anybody vex me, i'll do a proper breakdown and critical analysis of Maresca tactics, lets see what his defenders have to say.

Like I said, he's just a cat who think itself a lion

Sorry sir, but you knew wrongly. How can you even suggest this, let alone profess knowing?
For the others, No.

But you see that Delap, Yes.

Thats not even the bone of contention, he always knew he wasnt the major decision maker from Day 1, so why he kan dey act different.

The Leceister he was coming from, was he the one determining their transfers? As far as I can tell, its the city thing that got into his head

He requested for Delap?

You are really not informed
Inform me meister

As far as I know, he was heavily involved in some transfer decisions; particularly for Delap.

Or you think it's a coincidence that he used to play in the championship and with Ipswitch their rival at the time

Or is it also a coincidence that Delap played under him during his stint at City

No top manager is touching this team with a six foot pole.

E better make dem continue to go to championship or league 2 to pick another replacement.

Another yes man who'll accede to their ridiculous requests and strategy.

If we're lucky, we'll probably get some average one who wins a few things and hopefully that doesnt inflate his ego and he actually adapts and does a proper learning on the job

Maresca was playing a game with the Technical Directors from the start. He knows they are incompetent and have built rubbish but told them at his interview that Chelsea cannot fail to win big things in the future with all the young players they have bought. They were happy with his false praise and gave him the job.

So he got what he wanted which was enhancing his CV while dancing to their tune, and now he is ready to step up to work with people that know what they are doing. And he absolutely has the skills to coach City.
Cant fault him if the bolded was his play.

But to come and act like he was doing us a favor and is bigger than the team is what irks.

and No, he'll be found out at City. one or 2 trophies here and there doesnt change what he is

Rubbish, he is good enough to, amongst the current crops of managers without job.

Bring your preferred candidate now, so that we will know him on time.
The bolded is the actual problem and is the reason why an average coach like Maresca can overate himself.

There is a dearth of actual solid and competent coach in the market. E no mean say make we kan dey accept nonsense from the guy

Even though he not eyeing the city job, he deserves to walk away with the shitty rules and board he has been working with.

Every manager would want a free will to coach a team but, he hasn't gotten that since he arrives at Chelsea.
What shitty rules?

No be am request for Delap

Wasnt he peformative with them earlier on?, He was playing ball with them initially just like Potter only to start forming nonsense ego now; Maybe cos of the city thing and chase

Good riddance abeg.

Nothing irritates me more than a person whose ego and arrogance doesnt match or even correspond to their talents or resume. I think that's the case with Maresca.

Maybe we should have just left him at his Leceister where he nearly bottled the championship from a winning position.

Whilst we may agree that the board has been perennially incompetent, it shouldnt shift focus from how tactically average and mediocre Maresca is.

Another Graham Potter without the club world cup

So in that rookie Maresca mind, he's really good enough to fill in Pep's shoes.

Bloody fraud. Good riddance to the coward.

It is also possible that naija corner corner came info the matter. They were all in boxer shorts - likely because the armoured cars ac had failed. I remember reading that this also happened to paddy adenuga. And armoured car windows cannot be wound down

An accident in a luxury car is something you are supposed to walk away from. I doubt any airbag deployed in that car. An armored car is supposed to be able to survive an rpg if I am not mistaken.

So there may also be a case of a dud armoured car. And where is the driver in all of this?
A faulty and dud car would really be bad if that were the case but I doubt that would surprise anyone given how reckless these guys can be.

About the bolded, read that the driver did survive and is part of those receiving medical attention.

My theory based on what I have read so far is that the driver did try to overtake while speeding then had a burst tyre and swerved to the right where the stationary truck was to limit damage. Could also be why those that died from the impact were those on the right side of the vehicle

It can be both but one does not cause the other

Tyre wey done wear don wear

Based on our in-house Physicists any car wey blow tyre above 85mph will flip
I still sabi small physics, so I dont think the bolded works in all scenarios especially for a bulletproof cars which has heavier mass which would increase its inertia

Remember that the force needed to flip the car has to be lateral. Not just lateral but it also has to be greater than the decelerating force (or G force as some call it) from the impact

Also the tyres that burst could be the rear ones whcih of course reduces the possibility of a flip

Any car hitting that truck at 80km/hr will be totalled
Not necessarily if the point of impact is by the side or rear which based on the photos looks the case

Physics will point towards relative velocity as to why it could have been worse if that truck wasnt stationary, then the effect of deceleration too

Actually one of the dead is his coach so there may be some liability here. There should also be some insurance. They would be employed by AJs company which would have insurance for employees on duty. The other guy Abdul Latif (nee Latif Ayodele before conversion to Islam) is also on his team and is an employee

Official report has changed the cause of crash from over speeding to blown tire, reducing the liability on AJ
Why cant it be both.

Overspeeding can lead to blown tyres

It was that high of a speed, my Chief.

Truly, the country is sick if trucks can just park on highways. It's very rampant here. Almost ever old Toll gates are littered with trucks parked anyhow.

But then, if the speed wasn't high, they would have been able to control it. The picture shows that the road was good. Maybe they tried overtaking, and calculated wrongly.

May their families find comfort
Think you may be right about the overspeeding thing.

Just seen pictures of the vehicle; which is even a bullet proof vehicle. Sustaining that kind of impact especially if you consider that the truck that was hit was stationary.

FRSC posts on social media also alludes to overspeeding plus overtaking

Xavi was running behind VVD but VVD slowed down and Xavi ran into him and accidentally stepped on him

Its like running your hands moving now hits an opponent its different from punching
Problem is there was malice in the way he ran. He had just lost the ball and was pissed with himself and chased the ball all the way from the other side of the pitch.

I agree that it wasnt his intention but the act was too reckless to overlook. He went after the man and not the ball which could have been his saving grace
