Nwabali needs to be careful. Be like e dey cross that line. or maybe na my eye dey pain me |

With Nwabali's luck, I dont think we'll win this penalty. The boys even seem jittery |
The ref is definitely shady. Blowing when congo has an attack? |

raumdeuter:See the contrast between this game and the last one. He even gives confidence to the players |
See person wey una talk say get aerial threat. Nod ball like Lukaku |
Omo make una no dey yab Osimhen again oo. I dont know what i'm watching. No threat whatsoever. One man team Even the midfield is totally non-existent |
Nwabali is truly gull1ble |
Ibime:Did he come out after the break? A passionate guy like Osimhen will at least be on the bench to provide morale to his team mates. I hope you're not right with the slap or fight thing oo. E go worse oo if we kan lose this match |
Unlimited22:I have never liked the guy. Even in club football Guy annoys me a lot |
Chukwueze finally off....Ibime go rest now ![]() |
These boys are getting less confident by the minute. Wetin happen |
Roland17:Lol. Na wetin I dey use recognise the guy. Well, asides his one-legged football of course |
Nwabali keeps acting like this is a joke |
Goal!!!. At least we benefit from deflection this time |
pocohantas:What does this mean? Oh...that the camera is the problem. I imagine the misconduct was some rude or combative behaviour right? |
GloriousGbola:I think they all belong to some of those Nigerian feminist bodies. That's his house plus being their major financier, he probably assembled them all for the get-together. Afterall, he's still the piper at the end of the day. |
A40:Ive just been on twitter and for what it's worth the whole drama is really looking like a scorned ex brouhaha. Turns out she also has sick tweets herself in those days and even indulged him with some of his depraved tweets then. Also turns out she slept with the subordinate in question who she has even doxxed in one of her manic episode. Even the disloyal and treacherous Kiki Mordi has thrown him under the bus despite being alleged to have been her major financier all these while Nasty nasty, all of them. They can all go to h3ll including the Ezra. |
Ibime:Interestingly most vesting period of acquisitions of these type are 5 years - at least that's what it used to be with founders inclusive of the cliff. Paystack was fully acquired by Stripe in October/November 2020, which may likely mean he's due and he may just step away without any serious consequences. Anyway, I hope he's learned his lessons if this wasnt enough |
Theflint1:Exactement. Given the circumstances, he likely anticipated this outcome, which is why I suspect it will result in a relatively soft landing for him They suspend him, Internal corporate action begins - The company either does it or hires an independent firm to do the investigations based on company policy or Internally, the HR/Legal team questions the lady involved Most likely scenario - confirms she was a willing participant, and states that no coercion occurred, if anything, she may indicate she initiated more of it. She may also mention her existing plans to resign and how that was part of how the situation was being managed. The guy is also questioned - He admits to the misconduct, apologizes, and his account aligns with hers. The disciplinary committee reviews the findings and issues a proportionate sanction - likely a formal warning, mandatory ethics training, withheld bonuses, docked pay, and/or a temporary suspension. The worst-case outcome is termination, though I think is unlikely. It's still a private company as far as we all know The point of all the above is that it becomes documented and the company protect itself against any future liabilities given how it's been handled and they followed the proper channel of addressing the concern while giving him a controlled, soft landing, Win - Win for everyone. Of course, that'll be in the event that she's the only one. |
GloriousGbola:I dont know men, I suspect its the angle of soft landing for him. Cos according to the rumors and inside gist, The subordinate was alleged to have been the one who propositioned him and for a long time too, made sacrifices for it to happen and even defended their paramour with the other scorned woman. There's also the part where they said she'll likely resign by end of year. Cant see how all of these doesnt give him the soft landing required. Its probably why they stuck to the sexual misconduct allegation. Anyway, they're not a public company so I suspect it'll be easier for them to avoid all the usual scrutiny in this case |
GloriousGbola:Actually, its 0-1 against the feminazi as he's alleged to be one of their major backbones and financiers. He even put up a Kiki Mordi stan on his bio before he deleted the account. Most of the people criticizing him now come from the "misogynist camp in their usual “misogynist vs. feminist” back-and-forth. What I did find interesting however was the primary reason for his suspension. It centered more on the alleged sexual misconduct involving a subordinate rather than the other disturbing allegations. Cant say he wont have seen that one coming |
BlueRayDick:This isnt a new development as far as i'm aware. Nigeria like most countries (asides the US) taxes based on residency. The problem however in Nigeria's case is that it's hardly ever applied in the right way. Even when they identify individual that should have been captured in the tax net, those officials just solicit for bribes and keep it moving. That's very likely what's going to happen here. They identify them and some pockets in the tax office gets the cut |
GloriousGbola:Unknowns would also get a similar reaction in today's twitter. People have been doxxed for less. Maybe not on a large scale like a celebrity would or how his own has been, But there would be some viral and vitriol reaction nonetheless. About Paystack, Not sure I have the full details but wasnt paystack acquired by stripe. Think he already sold his stake and is just in advisory capacity. Well maybe he steps down. Its probably the least that happens at this stage. |
iamoyindamola:I dont think you've been to all those 4chan, subreddits and some of those dark sites in those days. And being a tech guy, I suspect he spent a lot of time there in those days. Those unhinged kind of messages were typical then. Look, those tweets were largely ignored at the time he tweeted it for a reason. It's never going to happen in today's twitter. Like I said, I do have my doubts about the actual acts but of course, I could be wrong |
iamoyindamola:Not really. Stephen King, Mary Shelley, Bram Stoker and other horror writers would like a word then |
A40:Well, there’s still no concrete evidence of sexual misconduct based on actual actions rather than tweets. Even the scorned woman in question admitted that she was the one who initiated the relationship. Even, the alleged subordinate he's supposedly involved with was also alleged to have been the one who approached him for their paramour. It’s probably the same reason he tends to be surrounded by rather average looking women. If anything, the only allegations that might warrant genuine scrutiny are the ones related to bestiality and pedophilia. I still believe a significant portion of those tweets were attention-seeking, dark humor, or shock-value posts. Then again, perhaps he’s simply a bit unhinged. |
raumdeuter:The bolded is what I think it is but at the end of the day you never know with these folks especially eccentric characters like him. |
Why does everyone think he does all of these things. Writing about it or tweeting about it is not enough proof that he indulged or indulges in it. All he has to do is provide a negative HIV result and it throws a lot of doubt into many of those tweets. Probably very wrong from a moral standpoint, maybe psychotic even but I dont think he'll be silly enough to put it out there if he was. I think many of those tweets may have just been dark jokes he was tweeting at the time or for the shock factor of it. There's a reason most of the tweets didnt get such attention at the time. |
