You best ask a banker
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Standard Chartered Bank Interview by user86666(m): 1:58pm On Apr 18, 2007
Ceteris paribus you should face a panel of three, just relax and be yourself
Refresh yourself on whats in the CV you sent them because they'll ask you stuff about it
Visit their website and learn a few things before you go in there
Write down a couple of questions to ask them & be sure to ask them before you leave the place, they'll ask if you have any questions anyway. Pick up your small notepad and read out your questions, it shows you prepared for them.

Smile grin
Make eye contact with whoever's questioning  shocked
If a question needs thinking, think!, don't be in a hurry to answer any question
When answering questions, end your answers with your own questions like 'Did I give enough detail?' 'Was I clear on that?
In general, don't let it go like an interrogation, steer the interview in the direction of an information exchange meeting . . . you can, and thats by asking questions

Good luck!

What postion are you up for? Give some feedback here soon ok?

Car TalkRe: Mercedes Kompressor by user86666(m): 8:28pm On Apr 17, 2007
You obviously are in that field and I aint gona argue
Technology is simply the application of science (see http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/technology), so something as basic as moving about when signal reception is low on your mobile fone hoping to catch better service is a technology (if the subject understands why)
So I think applying the science of the compressor to 'boost' performance in an engine is a technology.

It doesnt work like that. You can't find all the qualities you want in any human being, its called compromise. What makes her feel these guys find no fault in her at all?
Thinking of going back to the 'brief'  grin guy is absolutely selfish, I thought she loved her new boo huh
Both of them were probly good for her but she needs to stick with the consequences of  the decisions shes made else she'll keep jumping from one r/ship to another.

ruescho methinks german cars are extremely robust and I imagine the Phaeton would be a lovely drive, nice car!

ivvie thanks for enlightening us,
Ivvie:
. . . it's a method of spicing a weak powered engine without the cost of redesigning the entire projects
but thats a technology aint it?

I agree Benzs are not as great as we knew them, getting more aesthetic in design tho'
Car TalkRe: Mercedes Kompressor by user86666(m): 5:14pm On Apr 13, 2007
The Kompressor is just the engine technology gamine, just like the iVtec on the Hondas. There are various Benz models built with the Kompressor engine technology, besides I don't think you should contest this with a user located in Germany

I thot seun was funny at first jab

Ivvie give em a break, they got pedigree

ruescho what cars are those in the last pic please?

Fashion/Clothing MarketRe: Shirts! Shirts! Shirts! by user86666(m): 4:13pm On Apr 11, 2007
Thanks dew, the English don't wear TM's as much as we do because they have many other good shirtmakers in their land with more reasonable prices. Most naijas are comfortable following the crowd, unaware of their choices
Hugoboi:
The prices show their class
Expensive price is not necessarily classy. . . would you wear those Michael Jackson's garish leather jackets?

Several other shirtmakers abound
Personally think TM Lewin shirts are over-rated, seems to me 'twas Nigerians and our flamboyant ways that made the brand popular
