For this country to have hope, corrupt leaders including GEJ should be jailed to set an example. They should be taught that stealing is corruption. Imagine using over 2 trillion to conduct an election. How will the economy be ruined? |
I expected a lesser price in order to compete favorably with very popular brands. |
Why did PWC wait for Buhari to mention that he was going to revisit the allegation before coming out to say the report should not be trusted? My thinking is that they had a deal with GEJ's government and since he has lost, they (PWC) do not want to be exposed by GMB's government. Hence the declaration that the report should not be trusted. |
All he has said is simply true. He has given Buhari good advice. If there is anyone of Jonathan's staff or cabinet member good enough for Nigeria, the person should be considered. Also some policies of Jonathan's administration should be retained in the best interest of the nation. |
“What is obviously very clear is the fact that AIT believes that the historical information about the President elect that were ran, were factually correct. Nothing was done to defame him or impinge on his character or integrity.” So it is Buhari that killed Fela's mother abi? |
Who are you please? Well, I do not blame you. I blame the Government that initiated amnesty program for militants in the first place. |
Jonathan's loss was not caused by Muazu. From my own poinbt of view Muazu did very well in mending the damage done by Tukur when he chased so many party leaders out of the party. Jonathan was bound to loose because people were tired of PDP and Jonathan did not do anything to salvage the situation. Changing Muazu will only worsen your position. |
Bigii:He sure knws constitution more than u could ever does, - See your English. And he knows the constitution better than Okocha too? Do you know who Okocha is? Please always do some research and little brain storming before you respond in a public discussion. |
CharlesPhc:Did you read the whole write up? “Well, I hope and believe that reason will prevail and the governor will see it fit to do what is needful to ensure he appoints the appropriate person as stipulated in the constitution as acting Chief Judge so that at least, we can have our new governor sworn-in by the acting Chief Judge so appointed,” Okocha said. Very simple, the constitution says ‘where there is no substantive Chief Judge, the most Senior Judge of the High Court AUTOMATICALLY assumes office as the Acting Chief Judge. At this point its not in the power of the governor to ‘appoint’. So why hasn't the most Senior Judge of the High Court automatically assumed office? |
Firefire:Amaechi will ask you how market at the appropriate time. |
If you are not the one, then visit the US to clear your name. |
It is not what you think. A trained medical personnel has put her in recovery position. That is the best to do for her at that level, then send for a doctor. She should recover. |
Jonathan destroyed PDP. |
All of us can blab all we want, but the court will decide. |
Let us see who will have the final laugh. Amechi or Wike? |
Truckpusher:Nigeria and Rivers state can never move ahead if we dwell on tribalism. Amaechi only supported whom he perceived as a better candidate. You are the one betraying Nigeria by thinking that GEJ should be voted for because he is of the same tribe as you. We all have different levels of understanding. So I will pray for you to attain a higher level in the future, where you will think beyond tribes. |
Are you supposed to share money fir votes. He did not realise that times have changed. How many people can. Y give money? If it were me I would eat the money too. |
Taylor86:You should be at the zoo. As for what happened last Saturday to happen again, what you seem not to understand us that power has changed hand. The police and military are now loyal to Amechi. None of them will listen to Wike. Think before u make statements. |
Collynzo9:Because Kano and katsina have more registered voters than Akwa Ibom. Kano has about 4.1 million registered voters, so if u get a result of about two million votes, u shouldn't doubt it. On the other hand Akwa Ibom has under 1.4 million voters. So work that out. |
SmartAlex:So protest is now violence? Ode. |
SmartAlex:How you take know? Abeg give me your address make I start with you. |
After shifting elections by six weeks, all PDP has to show is massive rigging. |
Anyone who is supporting the use of military on these teenagers is wicked. It has been obvious from day 1 that Jonathan would loose this election. Yet after 6 weeks postponement all you have to show is the use of military on innocent civilians. I hope all you folks supporting him will follow him to ICC. This is serious violation of human rights and be reminded that we are in a digital age with camera phones and ready internet everywhere. |
If it is not finished today we continue tomorrow. The INEC law says in event elections are not completed on election day, it will continue the next day. |
Good one FFK. But you can go and die. You are already crying before the 28th. But I trust you. I know you are writing from abroad. Sharp guy. Change has come to stay. You should have realized this 4 yrs ago. You actually did but went back to the clueless PDP because of the case you had in court for stealing money. Mind you Buhari will revisit that case from what i gathered, so please remain abroad and eat your money and die there. We do not need people like you in the new Nigeria. |
Fayose thank God you are not the one to decide. The masses will decide. We will choose who will rule us. |
May God save you. |
Anyone who really understands this as an arrest is a "time waster". With the way PDP is following him bumper to bumper, it is after two weeks of his return that you are seeing this one? That means FFK and Fay-Oshi have been sleeping. Please try and get the full details of the arrest and send to us too. Please vote wisely. And I am sure you know the wise choice. |
[en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Grenell] Richard Grenell (born September 18, 1966) is an American media commentator and former diplomat. He is the longest serving U.S. Spokesman at the United Nations and briefly served as national security spokesman for Mitt Romney in his 2012 campaign for president of the United States.[1] [2] He became the first openly gay spokesman for a Republican presidential candidate, after being hired by Mitt Romney. He resigned after pressure from social conservatives and gay liberals alike.[3] Career[edit] In 2001 Grenell was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve as director of communications and public diplomacy for the United States Permanent Representative to the United Nations. In 2009 Grenell launched Capitol Media Partners, an international strategic media and public affairs consultancy.[4] Media have reported that prior to his post with the United Nations, he was a political adviser to major Republican figures, including George Pataki and Dave Camp.[5] In 2013 Grenell was a signatory to an amicus curiae brief submitted to the Supreme Court in support of same-sex marriage during the Hollingsworth v. Perry case.[6] Personal[edit] Richard Grenell lives in California with his partner of nine years, Matthew Lashey, a media and entertainment company executive.[7] He is a registered Republican.[7] Grenell received a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government and his bachelor's degree in Government and Public Administration from Evangel College.[citation needed] In June 2013, Grenell revealed that he has been diagnosed with non-Hodgkins lymphoma and recently started chemotherapy.[8] In September 2013, Grenell announced that he had been declared in remission and was cancer free.[9 |
GEJ's system of fighting corruption is by not using Card Readers for election, but he is using Technology to fight corruption. Okay, let us assume he uses technology to stop it from happening, what do you now do when the people go ahead to still defraud the system? To clap for them and say well I used technology? Anyone who is found wanting should be judged and punished accordingly. Also a true leader should distance himself from anyone who has been found wanting as regards to corruption. |
Is she saying that anyone who commits a crime should be set free? I do not understand this county at all. If you have not committed an offence, you do not need to be scared of jail. We must put an end to this rubbish. I believe we deserve better than this. Women struggling for rice in small bags. One even lost her bangle. What a shame? The keep you hungry, so that you have no sense anymore. God will surely deliver us. |
