Another sponsored story to paint black the image of Don Jazzy. Why would he (D'banj) go about mentioning the 'gifts' he gave people? Well till we hear from Don Jazzy himself, this story sounds kinda disabled. Hungry Reporters. 1 Like |

Religion / Re: Do You Eat Meat On Good Friday? by utimayor(m): 4:36pm On Apr 05, 2012 |
Europe: hmm poverty mentality or envy my rich guy, how many private jets do u own? Dont tell me there arent any poor needy person in your congregation. I am not going to mention names though but from what i am seeing from the later day churches/protestants, some pastors preffer to display wealth, class and style while the congregation suffera and at d end of the month/year, you MUST pay your tithe or perish. Please how many private jet did apostle Paul own? And how many of the churches he built were registered as his private business with his wife and first son as trustees? Well i like wat some other pastors are doing, reaching out to the poor on daily basis and offering scholarship, atleast that shows that the tithe are being used for God's work because God says 'whatsoever you do even to the least of my brethren, that you do unto me' so since tithe is God's money, spend it on public service. 3 Likes |
Religion / Re: Do You Eat Meat On Good Friday? by utimayor(m): 4:27pm On Apr 05, 2012 |
every church/denomination have their own doctrines, the early day christiandom maped out some doctrines to help make them feel closer to God and do pennance for their sin, that is why Lent and Holy friday was invented. It is a matter of choice, if you like, eat meat if you like dont. But please dont insult people because of their faith. As for me and my family, we abstain from meat on ash wednesday and good friday. Some churches belive u have to fast at least once a week and itz considerd sin if you dont - doctrine. Others beleive you have to be baptised by fire or in a special stream - doctrine. Others abolishes all sorts of make ups, even watching television and reading novels (read the black boy by richard wright) - doctrine. So belive in what works for you so long as at the end of the day, it brings you closer to the Almighty God. 2 Likes |

@OP, from what i gathered in your story, your wife left your house for a friend's cos u were angry with her. **she and your friend have an eye for each other before then** You went and picked your daughter and your friend dint dint persuade you to carry your wife. **this confirms point one above** even if he did and maybe u fell deaf ears cos u were angry, he shld have drove her to ur house d next day or ask her to go stay with her aunt, parents or something, cos she is some1's wife. We are africans and we knw the traditions. Then your wife had d impetus to stay there for more dan 28long days without missing neither her husband nor her DAUGHTER **She is far more promiscuse dan i tot** and also a proof that she enjoyed every bit of the hot romance that went on there. she came back for two years and kept it away from you ** she is unrepentant and and there is possibility of repeat of events, if nt wit ur friend, wit sm oda guy.** this are my view on how you should handle this matter. 1. Call your wife and talk with her about it, get all the facts you need from the story. 2. During the course of dialogue, critically analyse her attitude to observe if she is truely sorry for what she did. Dont confuse being sorry with bieng scared or ashamed. 3. If she is truely sori, den forgive her and keep your distance with that friend of yours, if she is not.. Hmm consult nairaland wolves, dey'l advice u beta. 4. After you must have forgiven her, consult a psychiatrist to help you recorver, because surely it must affect the way you see your wife, no matter the level of forgivness u . 5. Five and the most important, dont forget to keep us posted here! Cos i hate action films without part 2... 3 Likes |
Religion / Re: I Want To Give My Tithe To A Brother In Need by utimayor(m): 11:14am On Apr 05, 2012 |
Jesus Christ said it himself ' whatsoever you do to even to the least of my brethrens, that u do unto me' 'you (your body) is the temple of the lord...' but i will advice here, try as much as possible to find out what exactly your brother needs the money for, it must be something positive and pressing example house rent or hospital bills and not something less of a need example buying a new laptop or buying a high profile phone for hismself or his girlfriend. Whichever way, let your conscience be your guide, we all are led by his Grace. |

But one faithful night they we are attacked and what they could only find was the cutlas and #170. They asked us what the new cutlass was for and he replied 'for monthly sanitation sir'. Well they just asked us to prostrate and they gave us five strokes of the cutlas each. Till this moment I still feel the pain on my bottom. That is my story.hehehehe, ur bro na very bad sharp guy... ziccoit: Gbam!! On point... Dont blame MTN, blame NCC. This number portability or watever issue have been on ground since 2010, i dont knw wat is keeping it, well june it is. I still use mtn cos i cant afford to change my phone number. But if i can easily switch serivce provider and still retain my number, i would have switched to glo long tym ago. P.S: Our problem begins with the regulatory body. P.S.S: National Assembly aint helping matters. P.S.S.S: Other networks should try and minimize their plans and tarriffs, atimes it gets too much that you dont know where to start. Glo changes tarriff plan almost every month, infinito, bam, hi5 etc. |
