From my own point of view, i think elections are as it will be, not that transparent, better than the previous elections in Nigeria but not the best. Some districts have a nice poll while others witnessed massive rigging. I think Jega is doing his best. He cant be every where, i think its his officials that are ridiculling his efforts.

9ijaman, i suggest u go attain basic education before you post here again. can you read that post again and listen to yourself. So GEJ now throw bomb as a campaign courtesy or what? Make una dey kill una self there. All i know is that no body can ridicule  neither the campaigns nor the credibility of GEJ's administration.

hello people, i rented an office at Awka in a GRA, my vision was t start a computer repair and maintenance outfit, after about eight months of business, i found out that my business is suffering from poor location so i relocated to a better place. the problem now is that the rent i paid at the GRA will expire in a year and four months time (still very far) so i want to ask.
can someone please give me an idea of a kind of business that will do well there? an estate filled with civil servants, don't tell me supermarket cos i have two as my neighbour.

please Can anyone educate me on how to install starcomms Noe on windows 7, i could have gone to their office but i am no where near. the customer care said there is a custom way to install the drivers so it can work on windows 7 but funny enough, he wont tell me else i come to their office. i am 8 miles away from there nearest office coupled with the bad road.

please my starcomms neo driver cannot work on my windows 7 OS, i called their office and they said i should take it to starcomms office for a custom configuration. i am no where near any of their office. can any one help me? pls,

You can not view a .php file on a browser directly(unlike a .html file). You need an apache server like xampp or wampp. If u have an apache server installed on your computer already, make sure u start it and that apache is running on it. After doing that, go to the location where your server is installed, find htdocs directory then copy and paste the folder you downloaded from source forge, which contains the installer.php file you want to view in a browser, into the htdocs directory. Once that is done, open your browser and type the url to the file like this: http://localhost/the foldername/installer.php. Hit enter. You should see the page show up if you followed the instructions correctly.
