I only sleep 4hrs at night and usually find some few minutes to rest at my workplace.

Caused by Nigerian stress.
Worrying about traffic, getting to work.
Light, food, electricity, Job security.
Future generation... What are we leaving behind for them? APC and stress?

Some people are mentally unstable
I know it's difficult.
But that is an extra layer of caution one must navigate when communicating with somebody.
