EducationRe: FG: Colleges Of Education To Begin Awarding Degrees In Sept 2025 by uuzba(m): 11:47am On May 15, 2025
jiz:
In most developed countries, the educational system is structured like a pyramid. At the top are university degree holders, followed by graduates of polytechnics and technical colleges, with the largest group being those who acquire vocational or technical skills through colleges or apprenticeships. This structure ensures that there are more skilled workers than degree holders, which supports a balanced and productive economy.
However, in Naija, the pyramid appears to be upside down grin. There are more university graduates than technically skilled workers. This has led to an oversupply of degree holders in a job market that lacks sufficient practical opportunities, while skilled trades and technical jobs remain understaffed.
In countries like China, individuals with vocational training or practical skills often earn more than some university graduates. This reflects a society that values skills and productivity over academic qualifications alone. It shows that one can have a lower-level qualification and still live a comfortable and respectable life.
I think for Nigeria to achieve sustainable development, there needs to be a deliberate effort to promote and invest in vocational and technical education. Young people should be encouraged to acquire practical skills that meet the demands of the local and global economy. Changing societal attitudes that place university degrees above all else is essential. A strong economy thrives not just on certificates, but on competence and creativity at all levels of the workforce.
Industry needs to exist first, before you get technical workers to work it.
There's no industry at the moment

Thats why at over 50 years and I am yet to settle down. Marriage scares me.
Marriage is not for your generation anymore.
It was for the previous generation.
Now, bad economy.
Too much stress to get money.
After getting the money, you carry the stress back into the home
and destroy your partner with anger.
-
Previous generation didn't have stress like this.
Japan, China, Korea.
Same thing.
They're all over YouTube stating that marriage is impossible for them.
Ladies can't find men.
Men don't want women's extra stress.
Everybody just face front.

They now locked him in the security door and called EFCC

I like this, gradually Nigerians are waking up
We sit lazily taking SO MUCH SHIT from foreigners
And never stand up for ourselves.

Indians don't give a F**k about Nigerians
To them, they believe we are clueless discooridinated ANIMALS.
-
Iron ore is in our country.
Yet we could not come together as a people to mine the ore and create a factory
for steel production. We were busy importing "shiny" things from overseas.
-
Now that Indians have used their INVESTMENT MONEY to setup the company,
Nigerians are complaining of N20k salary.
Are they Father Christmas?
-
They will continue to break great strides in Nigeria and treat us AS ANIMALS in our own land.
Our own government will NEVER support us.
In fact, our government will send our own police to BEAT SHIT out of us if we ever complain
or protest.
They've seen it happen multiple times.

Or should I say tinubarians?

Anyway they are doing the nation proud.

International Airport is in Lagos and many Yoruba people have been traveling overseas since the early 50's.
As far as white men are concerned, they think that ALL Nigerians are Yoruba because that's what they've been seeing for long.
