Well, much of Nigerian Education in the past was paid for by the British from overseas.
They paid it for us because they wanted to educate a core number of Nigerians to be able to take over the administrative running of the country along with them.
Hence the excellent English
Hence the excellent curriculum
Hence the free education.
Hence the mixing up of Nigerians
This plan was cut short after independence.
The school still maintains its core values. But to what end?
Is the current government of 2026 Nigeria in line with the colonial govt of 1900?
Should they be in line?
If the values are no longer the same, demolish the school.
Let either govt or private build whatever they want how they want.
But demolish that old school.
It was built for a particular purpose. And that purpose is ended.

My son
My self
My father ( ~1938
My Grand father ( ~ 1895 or so)
... was born in any village. We were all born in towns/cities.
4 generations.
The person who actually was born in a village was my great grandfather in 1800's.
His own father was not born in that village either.

We're trying to follow oyibo life with phone, whatsapp and apps, internet lifestyle.
But we did not follow them in factories, manufacturing, production, exportation, self reliance, liveable minimum wage.
Hence,
the poor ones will continue to surround us and show their presence at every move you make.
Now, they're dragging car windows on the road.
Go to a simple party, they're there at the carpark.
It even remains to enter inside your plate of rice at the event.
Next, they will climb over all our fences in our homes and jump inside our compounds.
Oyibo don't have fences in their homes, because they don't need it.
Their poor/unemployed are OFF the streets, because they're taken care of.
Hence, Oyibo man can be doing Instagram and Lifestyle post on YouTube without fear of anybody targeting him afterwards.

Uk has unemployment benefit system for jobless people.

During Jonathan time.with just 3gig me wey dey open almost 50 pages a day. 3 gig dey last me 3 weeks.
When bubu came to power.
3 gig lasts me 2 weeks.

Then Tinubu came.
3 gig highest 3 days.its finished
I did weekly.within 2 days it finished
I now do 600 every day and half.
If u do sub of 10gig
Just know it's 3 or 4gig in reality

The phones during Jonathan's time were Symbian and Android 2
Those barely used data. 3gb would be enough for 1 month.
Phones today, Android 17, iOS 26, with 4k screen, 4k video upload to YouTube/tiktok and all manner of background data consumption going on 24/7...
Haha. Even oyibo people are using unlimited data plans in their country.
