Nw, wat should he use.
Ondo state or he should get Kwara citizenship.
And if he use Ondo state citizenship, wat s d implication.

u can rent an aprt of 80k with a friend dats 40k + 110k curtains, bed, kitchen utensils , gas cylinder or stove ( 20 - 40 k ) pocket money go remain
e likely make u get money to flex and its possible to go broke
