Whatever worth doing, worth doing well. Kindly use DHL, its safer and you will have value for your money. The first tuition fee isn't what you should be concern about, but the subsequent ones'. At Tartu, your possibility of working is limited. It's possible, but their schedule is always tight. Aside that, Tallinn is the capital city where you can easily get job, even if its what will call welcome to Estonia job. For the course, your best bet is to check the schools website. I might not be able to recommend or search because of time.
All the best.

TravelRe: Are There Nigerians In Estonia? by uzhi(m): 8:46pm On Nov 15, 2015
I currently live, study and work in Estonia. Follow your heart and be prayerful. My salary is enough to pay my tuition, rent feed and have savings. It isn't completely true that hourly rate in Estonia is 2 euros, some of us earn more than 4 euros per hour. About Estonia been boring, are you going there to throw party ? Although it's a quiet country. Most people use Estonia as a stepping stone to Germany, Norway, sweeden and Finland among other countries.
To know more about life in Estonia, read a thread tagged lets talk about Estonia or search for uzhilove@gmail under travel and read all the comments there. Aitah!

Yes, it is possible to fund it yourself because I am doing MSc now at Tallinn University and I fund myself. You can work while schooling, but some courses have tight schedule. Statement of account is compulsory and it depend on the inflow and outflow of cash in it. Most free courses are IT and engineering.

If your intention is to study, its OK. But forget about settling or getting job in India. Overpopulated and full of social vices. I have been there and won't go back for anything.

I have been to India bros, its a no no if you ask me
TravelRe: Nigerian Students In Russia by uzhi(m): 2:57am On Nov 07, 2015
Well said about Libya, but my country man, Russians are racist and aggressive. Am not in Russia but Estonia. Despite the fact that this country isn't theirs, you can be 100% sure that if any black is been attacked its done by Russians. One day I went with a friend to check house in an area called lasnamae, you know what the tenants told us ? 'Hey black man, we would kill you before day bteak' Belief me they pushed us out of the compound. They do nothing than to fight and drink beer all they through. Few of them are OK, but they are predominantly racist.

[Qquote author=PussyFucker2 post=39730160]

Shut up.
If Nigga a racist word ??
Come to America, Nigga means friend, even white people call themselves Niggas.[/quote]

Thanks Tobi.

Hi all,

Just want to say this.
Every help anyone renders to others is at their own will. Nobody is obliged to help anyone except they have an agreement. But because we all understand that helping others is the path of fulfilling our destiny we all chose to help our self. Meaning that if we refrain, we did that at our own gain or otherwise. So if you help, help and be happy. If otherwise, then it's your CHOICE!

Therefore, if anyone decides to help me out, for instance with an important information. I shouldn't expect him to just do it the way I want it. Only that I would be grateful if he did, else I will be indifferent if he would not. I wouldn't force him.

Let's be United and lift everyone up so we would be up also. Let's be patient with one another. And let's speak up if we need anything.

I trust God that we would get there....

Yes, I am in Estonia. The name of my school is Tallinn University . Thanks @ Omitobi for writing about why I decided not to contribute again on nairaland . A nairalander rained insultive and derogatory words on me all because I couldn't give him the information he needed at appropriate time, not minding whether am battling to settle down or not.
Estonia is actually cheap to live and study, depending on the definition of the word CHEAP. What I will say is that, there is two types of Estonia. The Estonia they told us back in Nigeria and the real Estonia . Do not be scared, it worth experiencing. Since am surviving here, any naija can ! But you need to be yourself and choose friends wisely.

While processing Estonia visa, I called Georgia embassy in south Africa and I was told to send my application documents to them via DHL. I didn't do it because I needed a sure link. On the other hand, the embassy made it clear that Nigerai as been exempted from the list of those who could use e-visa. Get me clear, this was March- Aril this year. If they have changed their law, it might be OK.
But no means if getting Eesti visa that doesn't require money.
The rule is, start early, get good info and act fast.

You won't understand how wired Estonia is until you arrive here. I usually don't belief in a closed system, because every system have a weak side. In my last lecture, we delibrated on how people evades tax in Estonia despite their advancement in tech. But for a tiny country like Eesti to posses such hi-tech give her a thumb up.
kirikiri100:
So you mean they are more cyber secure than U.S and Germany whom even are still fighting hard to curb cyber crimes? I don't support cyber crime but stop painting Estonia like safe haven against cyber crime.

Travelling to India is an option when you don't want refusal, because the success rate there is second to none. Payment of tuition depends on your school. I have done most of my registration at Tallinna Ulikooli and am yet to pay tuition fee.

The white people might look at you strangely both inside plane and on arriving Eesti, do not fear, just be yourself. Do not extend unnecessary courtesy to them, only if they look like one who want it. Beware of the junkies in Eesti, they are drunkards and can be ruthless sometimes.
While inside tram or bus in Eesti, do not sit at the back sit, because that's where their junkies usually go for.
I was stopped at the Lennart airport for questioning by their immigration, but a call to Tallinn university cleared me. In case u experience dsame, the worst is that they will call your school.
I hope my write-ups would be handy for you all. I stand to be corrected though, because my brain isn't functioning right yet.

Kenigbolo, apology for not updating house on Time about our arrival in Estonia. When you arrive Eesti, you will know better. Although people who are in new Delhi still have many things to learn about coming to Eesti .
It actually takes time for my brain to be formatted to the reality of Estonia because its a dream come through. The people coming in from India should know this: As a Nigerian, the airline officials will ask you more questions about the authenticity of your visa. Do not panic, answer to the best of your knowledge. While going to d airport, make sure you have your ticket, hostel confirmation page, trp collection slip, admission letter etc all attached together. Please old them with your vaccine card nd passport.

Am in India presently. They aren't hostile to blacks, but they lack manners. Accommodation depends on d location, but its usually not advisable to where there are many naijas. Don't ask me why. You can google the schools in India for info about them. Namaste!

Just quite disturbed... Is there a need to have the Bank Write a cover letter along with my Sponsors' Bank statement to apply for Visa and TRP in india...and if so, someone can help me with an example... Thanks... [Its because of its urgency, although I am still expecting an information about that.. but it might come late...
I think its necessary and banks knows what to do. Your sponsor should just approach his bank for that, though it comes with a token amount. You can reach me on whatsapp now with my old lines.

One IMPORTANT info for those already in Delhi . When flying from India Aerofloft is the cheapest , but they havean issue. If you book Aerofloft, you have to go their office to inform them.Otherwise they won.t allow you fly on your departure date.

I am talking from my own personal experince last year. I don't want anyone to go through that. You either go to their office or just purchase Lufthansa.

510, 5TH FLOOR, ANSAL BHAWAN, 16, KASTURBA GANDHI MARG,, Middle Cir, N Block, Connaught Place, New Delhi, Delhi (state) 110001, India

That the adress in NewDelhi , just about 150ruppees from Paharghanj
Thanks for this valuable information, but would they allow one to fly with one way ticket ?

I think its all about luck and prayer. A nairalander got his two months visa from abuja yesterday and his passport was issued in Lagos Also my jolly friend got his passport from kwara and he also got visa in abuja dsame yesterday. Infact he is inside plane to india as am typing.
Knowing what to include in ones' document and prayer is the main key.

Hi everyone..... Been away for a while, had to go to Ghana for about a month. Had my valid residence permit so I went to apply at the Egyptian embassy over there at Accra whilst I was away. Still awaiting their response though. Congratulations to all who have gotten their visas, see y'all in Estonia. Quick question though, heard that the Indian high commission is Abuja really doesn't attend to those without a passport issued there in Abuja or up north, so what happens in a situation when the passport isn't issued there but the person resides there? Just curious because someone actually complained to me yesterday on Facebook concerning this.....

Hello house, please those nairalanders who have made it to Estonia embassy in new Delhi should kindly furnish us with info on documents needed there. Please no one is an island of knowledge.
We know most of you aren't active members , but you can be now or just pass the info through someone.
