Yes u can, if u have enough money to move around to get ur documents, write exams and send ur application through dhl.

I seriously doubt that. I saw it somewhere that admission is with d minimum of 2nd class lower.

Welcome ohene, taking pains to read from first post on dis thread is stressful but hood. Nevertheless, all application for dis session should hv been over. To start, u must have a program in mind, then look for d sch that offer it in finland, then go through their requirement. U can do that now, so that u will know shat to prepare for next session. Embassies used to send scan copy to banks sometimes, but not all. And I don't think banks disclose ones balance.

For the TOEFL score, they will still acknowledge it. Use trackitonline.ru .But nipost is a big mess sometime. One of my docs sent via nipost since Jan five is still not deliver yet. Thank jah I sent another one via dhl b4 admission closed on Feb eighteen.

Whether u are going for undergraduate or master, u can write the exams now. I only know about ielts and its 35 nd 38k depending on ur mode of payment.
