But how feasible is it Sir with the memo officially released by them earlier, what could possibly have been the reason for postponement(that if either of it it's through).

I got this text from my source who earlier assured me screening is on monday

This matter just tire me, Everytime they wan do this screening nah so postponement go always dey for one reason or the other.

According to the circular,yes. But based on the entry of COVID-19 into Nigeria after the circular was released, I don't think NSCDC would wanna go on with this screening anytime soon. If they would, by now, we'd be getting messages.

Just optimistic mails starts coming in anytime soon(After all the man with the virus has been quarantined and isolated)

Yes, you can apply on your phone and the only document is your passport photograph. You may not be able to apply because you'll need your NYSC discharge number
