Do you mean Egyptian visa? I got my Egyptian visa after 4 days in early June. I will apply on 26th June for both D visa and TRP at Estonia Embassy in Cairo.

Suplexx:
When did you apply? Some applications over one month and two months have not received approval. One went there and he was told it is not ready.

You don't need Insurance to Egypt. Use swisscare for Estonia.

I'm considering re-applying. I don't know if I've been banned or not. It wasn't stated. I don't know if I should just lock up and move on with my life. @dondaddycares suggested a fresh application while there's still time. I'm seriously considering his argument, it makes sense. What do u think? To lock up or re-apply? Give reasons please.
It is very important that you appeal this decision and if your documents are genuine ,you will win. Appeal usually takes time but that's only way for. If you decide submit a fresh application without appealing this decision , it will mean that you accept their decision. In other words, that you submitted a fake document previously. That will a reason to deny you again. Another way could be to pursue both at a time. Appealing is not that expensive and you could qualfy for Finnish government legal aid as a student.

ok. So if i choose Ghana as my Nationality, i will write the exam in Ghana right? Wont the Nationality hav effect when i'm given admission
why would ever think of changing your nationality? You have to be very careful about documentation. Nigerians whom are resident of countries where entrance exam are taking place are invited to attend the exam unlike home based Nigerians. They differentiate using the student address. So some 9ja go just borrow person address for these countries com use am apply. All courses requires entrance exam.

Embassy of Finland, Abuja as a policy does NOT issue visa for the purpose of writing entrance exam. It was very easy before but our people abused it.

bro, thanks so much. Please accept my pm on your mail. Please concerning the undergraduate exam sir, what is the subject combination for someone like me that whants to study Medical related course. How easy is the exam. Thanks
The only medical related course you can study via undergraduate route in English is Nursing. As of last year almost half of the schools offering nursing in English language require some level of finnish language skills. Most people came via business , ICT or Engineering courses. How easy is the exam? It depends on YOU.

Are u in Tampere or have u lived in Tampere Sir?

O'Connell Irish pub dey sell Lager n Guinness stout for d price range I stated....http://www.oconnells.fi/drinks/

D prices I stated above are not d lowest possible, but I won't advice anyone to budget below 500 euros per month for d first two months. Abi u wan go a foreign land go dey starve and turn senior chief manager?
I have lived in Helsinki for years which is more expensive than Tampere. There are a lot of bars you can buy the normal beer for 4-6€. You don't have to buy from the most expensive one. I have been to Tampere several times and have not paid more than 6€ for a drink. That Irish pub sale only drought stout which most 9jas dont even likes. Also for groceries, you will get things cheaper at
Lidl, S-market and prisma stores. Avoid Alepa (also Sale in Tampere ,not sure ), k market stores . I believe (from years of experience ) that 9ja guy can survive with a lot less than that amount. You don't need to drink in a pub if you don't have job yet, you can buy your beer from the stores much cheaper 0.99-1.20€ per 33cl can.

Fisrt thing you need to do now is to get your English test(IELTS 6-6.5 or TOEFL 90 for internet based ) ready before the end of this year. Applications to Masters degree programs will start from December to March depending on which school you are applying. Most schools will update their website with regards to 2016/2017 session from 2nd or 3rd week of Nov 2015. You can apply to most masters degree programm via www.universityadmissions.fi, however some programs requires direct application to the school. You should be able to know more once their websites are updated. Should you wish to apply also to Bachelors degree programs to widen your chances, all you need is your enlish test (TOEFL or IELTS) and waec to apply. You will be invited to an entrance exam. Now, the issue here is that there is a calculated attempt to stop 9jas from participating in this exam. Initially 9jas are invited to Ghana or Nigeria to take this exam but now they are only invited to Finland for the exam. Finnish embassy in Abuja has a policy of not granting visa for entrance exam! However, alot of 9jas have been able to rite this exams in Ghana and Kenya buy changing the place of residence to any of this country (dey go just find address from people we dey this place take fill form unto say na were dem dey live). With this you will be invited to one of this African countries for the entrance exam. Good number of student have succeed via this option.

Now I will advise all the prospective student to read this tread from page 1-the last. Yes it will take you time but that is the only sure way to getting enough info and also ask direct question. Read also

3. Bus card incase u wan go City Centre or other places.... around 50 euros per month in Tampere
4. To buy food stuffs for preparing breakfast and dinner..... 150 euros.... just an estimate... mayb in 3 months time i can come up with a more accurate amount
TOTAL....532 EUROS
Money for heineken, stout and co never enter o... a glass of beer na around 8.00 to 11.50 euros o. So if u b brewery na u sabi o

Not appealing will mean that you have accepted their reason for the negative decision which might affect your future applications. I will advise you to appeal the decision using immigration lawyer in Finland. If you choose this option, I might connect you to one of the law firm that have Nigerian as a co-solicitor for further advice. (as a student you might be eligible for free legal service)
Best of luck.

Ebunolorun:
@ anyicent, I understand u perfectly, but I need u to know d full meaning of appeal. It means u were unjustly or unfairly judged.
But really, I wasn't. I didn't inform them my cousin sent money to my dad, I said d bulk money came from my parents.

Also, I was to return a certain amount to someone who sent me excess money, I wrote she sent me 200k instead she sent 500k but I was to return 300k (d person that sent it to me on her behalf made a mistake). so that also altered, when they looked her her statement they saw 500k sent but I didn't explain that I was to return 300k to her based on it was an excess, cos my account was 1.7m and I also ad 100k in my oda account.
I tot they were to notice the excess. I didn't explain myslf clearly so all those things was what made me say I flopped.
Also, what's d procedure to appeal and whats d guarantee?
Also someone was on d case of appeal for 2mths+. where's d time?
But I cud tlk to d embassy to give me a close date and that is "ONLY IF I GET A PERFECT SPONSOR ASAP" .

Also, as any one seen a reapplication to was right?
Really at the point I'm so giving up d whole thing, but I really wish I don't .
Thanks

Do not waste your money on courier service. Normal nipost registered mail (400-650 naira depending on your location) will deliver your documents here within 14 days. I have used Nipost for more than 6 times with 100% success

I contacted UPS and to my greatest surprise dem tell me say na N14,500 to send transcripts shocked shocked shocked . Anyway I would like to know if anyone here has used NIPOST / EMS to send docs and transcripts , if yes what was the service like?

TravelRe: Is The Republic Of Kosovo Still Visa Free? by Val2001: 7:52am On Sep 09, 2013
What on earth do want to go there for? [
quote author=naijaspeak]I want to confirm from recent Nigerian travellers to the republic of kosovo if that country is still visa free. It is like the rules have changed lately. I read in one of their website that international travellers from visa requiring countries which of course include Nigeria that intending travellers have to submit their visa applications through their embassy in Istanbul, Turkey.

If you are a Nigerian or Africans that have travelled to Kosovo lately may I know the current information. Does the visa free rules for International traveller to kosovo still stand.

From available facts to me, it is only national from these schengen countries that are given the opportunity to enter kosovo without a visa so long as they hold a passport from a schegen countries including those from western countries such as usa, uk, canada, australia etc
