Wait for the outcome of supreme court decision first.
Supreme Court have lost its glory. They are now like ordinary Customary Court to the Governors Forum. No longer reliable after Wike pocketed them with housing units, who cares about them?
Only FG obeys Supreme Court, governors have moved on. Go ask Governor Okpebholo what's up. grin
Politics › Re: Omokri: Obi Lacks Moral Authority To Criticise Tinubu’s Economic Policies by Validated:
Peter Obi schooled Tinubu on governance and leadership. Only sycophants and fools will come out to say something different. People like Reno are the reasons our leaders are not performing and why our nation is backward. These the AGIP (Any Govt In Power) sycophants

Highlights of Peter Obi's pres conference
1. Stop foreign medical tourism
2. Stop foreign visits without positive results
3. Spend holidays in Nigeria, not just Lagos, visit Sokoto, Niger, Adamawa, Bornu
4. Go and see first hand what goes on in IDPs
5. Stem the highest form of poligrafy and corruption, by showing leadership
6. Visit soldiers in battle ground states to boost their morale
7. Stop borrowing to fund non-generative projects that cannot pay for themselves.
8. You are no longer governor Lagos, but president of Nigeria
9. Reduce cost of governance and focus on production rather than consumption
10. Go and visit our higher institutions, and see their hosteks and toilets. These are places our future leaders are being trained in squalor rundown environments
11. Stop using proxies to address Nigerians. Be courageous to face the press quarterly and tell Nigerians what you are doing.
12. Nigerians are hungry due to poor leadership. We are now having over 100m poorest of the poor and 150m in multi dimensional poverty
Properties › Re: Can ₦50 Million Build A Modern 3-Bedroom Bungalow With This Current Inflation? by Validated: 12:22am On Jan 03, 2025
kings59:
15 Million will do that perfectly well.

A man in my area used 12 million to build a good bungalow, more beautiful than the one OP attached to his photo.

All those crazy people shouting 50M are thieves. Buy the materials yourself and don't allow the engineer to do it.
I would have shown a photo, but the man wouldn't like to see his house online because he is a Military person.
Make una just dey mumu for nairaland. Learn and stop arguing and quoting me.
We are talking about Three bedrooms here and not 5 bedrooms.
If a trip of sand is 180k, filling 3 rooms a parlor and a kitchen and bathrooms would take let's say 6 tippers of sand = 1.8 M
Then the rods should take 2.5M for foundation.
Casting it + cement + granite should be 4 M
Blocks can be 800k
The ceiling and roofing should be 2.5M since it's 3 bedroom
Windows and doors should be 1.5M ( 3 doors 3 rooms, kitchen, and toilet and bathroom + entrance) making 6 doors= 600k windows and the rest 600k
Workmanship 1.5M
Is the building not set already?
The OP never specifies internal decoration, just building.
No wonder many people fail exams.
Oga, all you listed will gulp your N15m and more.
It is obvious you have never built. You have not considered electrical connections, sewage and plumbing, tiling, plastering. Again, Dangote must be your father to buy cement that cheap.

Myopia early in 2025. There is what is called spiritual coverings. Go and study the Bible and stop deceiving people.

The Law and the prophets, the scrolls and manuscripts and writings from the synoptic gospel were already there when Jesus said to Peter, "... feed my sheep" John 21:17. If Jer29:11 was enough, the synoptic gospel was not necessary.

E get why Jesus had to come back to admonish Simon to FEED MY SHEEP.
If your pastor or reverend or GO is fake, it does not mean that there are no genuinely called men of God. Even the time of Apostle Paul, there were charlatans, parading as men of God.

Politics › OCCRP And Reno Omokri Hypocrisy by Validated(op): 2:29pm On Jan 01, 2025
I have been waiting for Reno Omokry the fake "table shaker" to comment on Tinubu's celebrated position as the #3 most corrupt president in the world to no avail.

Just imagine that Peter Obi was mentioned on the list at 200 position, Reno would have gone to market. Being the 3rd most corrupt leader in the world is a dent on our image. Anti-Abike and Oga Bayo Onanuga have a lot of work to do here as Tinubu, the president of Nigeria is the chief de-marketer of Nigeria.

To make it sink right, Tinubu is worst that Kim Jung Um, worst than Afghanistan leaders, worse than Somalia president, worse than Maduro of Venezuela. Nigerians need to start asking questions, be as OCCRP may be seeing what we do not know about our corrupt president. Nigerians remember Abacha money heist. If Abacha did not die in office, we would not have known that he stole over $300 billion from our collective patrimony. If Abacha did not make it to top 3 most corrupt president or Gead if State, then for Tinubu to be World No 3 means our loans may have been diverted to private pockets.

We hereby call on EFCC and ICPC to begin to investigate Tinubu. They need to get the files from OCCRP to tell Nigerians what they know about our president and how Tinubu achieved this feat in less that 2 years in office. If Tinubu can make #3 in 20 months, who says he will not be Numero Uno in 48 month? You can just imagine it.

You are here celebrating PH and Warri refineries as achievement. At what cost reallyhuh Meanwhile, go to the creeks and see people distilling oil to Petrol in their backyard. Even Biafra refined petrol as far back as 1967.

I will fix the NNPC refineries? Done

I will remove subsidy? Done

I will float the Naira? Done and dusted

I will give students loan? Done and original idea from PBAT

I will grant LGA autonomy? Done

I will build rails across the country? In progress

I will secure the borders? Even if Atiku can try, Obi does not have the liver to face the north

None of them even thought about the tax reforms and in the end PBAT will restructure Nigeria and Nigeria will be great in our lifetimes and if you believe otherwise, it will happen behind your back

Noone is wishing Nigeria evil. Tinubu is the one who is not capable of differentiating left from right, playing Nigeria economy on Trial & Error. Yet pushing propaganda to your likes to "swallow, hook, line and sinkers, with the fisherman's boot".
No government world over would stupidly implement duo of subsidy removal without plan and deregulation Floating of its national currency at the same time. Only a mad man does that. If such was to be done in Asia, South America or Europe, some people who are also mad would take him down immediately.

So all these epistle is to wail over the failure of Tinubu? Ask yourself, what is the benefits of government agency giving statistics that are not reflecive of reality on ground? For example, government telling Nigerians that FAAC allocation has doubled, but failed to tell us that the Naira has also depreciated by 4 times thereby eroding the value of the double FAAC allocation?

All this northerners and hypocrisy.
Is he not aware buhari took Nigeria funds to build rail track in Niger republic which was not part of Nigeria.
Or is Lagos no more part of the country.
Does doing the same wrongs committed by Buhari make it right? Why are you guys so myopic or may I say hypocrical in all issues? Is the Green or Blue or Red line a Federal project? Or is this a Federal revenue generating venture?

Politics › Re: Which Kin Double Standard Be This One Way Our This Our Leaders Dey Do by Validated: 2:33pm On Dec 28, 2024
You are absolutely correct. This is one thing that is lacking in our jurisdiction and that is why things are not going well for Nigeria. People are not held accountable for their actions or inaction. In saner climes, the military would arrest and prosecute all those involved in extra-judicial killing of innocent civilians. Rather, they will keep defending indefensible matters.

Same with policing. If a kidnapping incident happens, the divisional police command should be held to account. If killing and robbery happens the DPO would be held accountable. This is how it is in developed and some developing countries such that criminals are fished out swiftly.

Imagine if Nigeria is bedeviled with gangsters like it is in some South American countries, nothing would happen. The gangs would be operating as they like. The president needs to stand up and give some matching orders to the Police, Army and other agencies to begin cascading discipline for failures and make people accountable for dereliction of duty.
