The medical education in Nigeria is not a scam. What you have overseas is just certification to practice in a particular area. Even foreign trained doctors come to Nigeria and go through same certification b4 housemanship. This is because we are in a tropical environment while over there, you have temperate climate. So, there is need for the different certification bodies in different countries to assess you when you get there.
