I met herself and her delivery person at the station at the office of the OC and I spelt out my 3 options when the CO asked what I wanted. Apparently, some discussions had taken place between all three before I arrived. The CO asked her to pay me N15k and that was it. Time to pay, she claimed she would send it later but I and the CO insisted it had to happen there, on the spot. It took nearly, if not more than 30 minutes to place calls to acquaintances who sent her the money which she finally sent to me; the same person who charged me to involve whomever I wanted to. SMH... I left immediately.

The CO called me shortly after I went to a store around and was saying he had to do it that way because she is a female and they can be irrational even when they are wrong. He claims he knows the resolution does not sit right with me but I should let go and be the bigger person.

But think about it: some of our brothers who make crazy money from other vehicle/spare parts markets may not know as much as you do yet they make crazy money from this business. Some of them are even as honest as you are.
You just need to meditate, strategize and ask God direction.

He blocked every avenue for leakages (particularly the free money to party men) and what he saved from these leakages and the IGR were what he used for the few projects he did. While I do not hold any brief for him nor consider him a saint, it is very clear now that that he was only shoved aside because he did not 'Sanwo Eko'.

Some claim he was 'ungrateful' to Tinubu? I beg to differ. I will rather say his prudence was critical to the political survival and relevance of Tinubu today. If not for his prudence, Lagos State would have been in a financial limbo when Obasanjo withheld the State's allocation from the federation account and that would have made it easy for Obasanjo and PDP to take over Lagos at the polls. Or did Obasanjo not take over the other states in the South-West controlled by the AD then?

Nigeria is what it is today because our politicians never think wealth creation, rather, they steal what is presently available and what should be available in the future through their borrowings.

With due respect sir, you got this wrong. What they are doing at the moment is to raise the road divider higher and not any form of repairs on the road.

The main objective of this is to stop people from crossing the road. Funny enough, while on my way back from the Island the other day I actually saw a lady climbing the raised part of the divider. Their work is making life hellish on the that route and does not justify the money being spent. Why should they raise the divider when pedestrian bridges haven't been built. Between Charly boy b/stop and Anthony b/stop there ought to be at least two other pedestrian bridges. This has not been done and they are using the money they ought to use to repair the bad portions of the road to raise the road divider.

Various approaches have been deployed by farmers against pests, these are mostly grouped under biological or chemical pest control method.

Biological approach involves the introduction of the natural enemies of the pests (either as predators or parasites) to surpress them on the farm. For instance, birds and some flying insects like wasp eat the worms that feast on the leaves of plants. While there are also some bacteria, fungi, protozoa, nematodes etc, that can sicken insects or kill them.

The Chemical approach involves the use of pesticides, which can be grouped into selective and non-selective pesticide. While the selective pesticide only destroy the pests it is targeted at, the non-selective pesticide can be very harmful because they kill not just the pests but some other harmless or useful species. Care must also be taken to ensure that the pesticide being used has been certified or approved by the relevant authority. This is because some pesticides do not breakdown quickly and ends up being passed down the food chain.

Whichever method you choose to fight pests on your farm has it advantages and disadvatages. Therefore, the knowledge of when to use one method over the other is key to every farmers quest to eradicating pests.
