I don't think it's a frontend developer job to think up designs, however he must be able to transform any design into code . Design is the job of a UI/UX designer. This is my experience in more than 6 projects and up to 3 companies. The design is given to the team and we implement. If you have the time to learn design, use that time instead to beautify your portfolio or personal projects with designs you find online . |
Although you're partly right, apart from the cross platform solution mentioned by @gryrationtech, you pretty much have to rewrite the program for another OS. |
Go to YouTube, you can't expect anyone here to begin typing steps. You should start with understanding containerization. |
steinalb:I thought microscale embedded was at kado Estate, I did my IT there 5 years ago. |
Hongkog:They've come again. You couldn't wait for 5 posts before receding to tribalism. How is this post related to yoruba? |
Does anyone have link to the demon slayer movie - mugen train? Also does anyone who lives in owerri and has one piece? |
hashtagged:You won't call him a pussy ever again if you follow the manga. |
Daniel2802:Awesome bro, can you call or WhatsApp me 07061957448? |
Does anyone within owerri have one piece, I feel like I missed out of following the anime. |
Kelvin30286063:great, found anyone with xcode yet? |
Are you still using una.io? |
If you are using pycharm run, you need to set the arguments before running. However, you can simply 1. Go into the project folder 2. Open cmd or powershell in that folder (shift + right click) and select appropriately. 3. Run py [file].py arg1 arg2 |
Buy him computer games, soon he'll want to build his own game. |

OP has no idea of what he's talking about. Probably hasn't worked on a project before that required a team of developers and costs millions. Until then, you'll never understand how much Facebook spends to get their services running smoothly. However if you calm down and learn what others are saying on this thread, you could understand that quicker. Software development is not all about writing code that works, rather it's about building a system that is reliable. If you can explain Facebook's frontend technology only and tell us why yours is comparable to it, let's leave data management model and AI for now, then we'll take you seriously. |

Is it a paid actual job? |
emirex50:So you expected some magic to type in or words to say and everything would start working? Try expecta petroneum while facing a mirror.. Just kidding. If you copied and pasted code from somewhere, I cannot help you. If you wrote the code yourself, then check your typos. Ensure you closed every tag properly. Nothing else I can say. Programming is work bro. |
SegFault:It can, yes. But chances are that you won't use it for much unless you're in special niche. Then why waste that time becoming expert there? I do not doubt its usefulness but its usefulness to certain persons. Time is precious. |
logicDcoder:Its good that you understand that but no need to dabble any deeper into memory allocation(garbage collection) and other unfortunate C habitats, those are territory for those entering embedded systems or those unfortunate enough to find themselves supporting old codebases. Try other platforms, you'll be surprised to find them more complicated than you think. The platform to try depends on the career path you wish to follow. They'll also provide more visible projects and entries to your resume. C was also my first language and I built complex projects with it: implemented trie data structures and built search algorithms to maximize its features, built http server(very unpleasant, especially string manipulation and error handling), built image deletion recovery software(had to learn about how delete works and about file headers), built student record software just similar to your Voters software but with all your planned features embedded and with C++...etc. All these forced me to understand what goes on even at the RAM level which other languages shield from their developers. But does that make me a better programmer? NO. But it made me a good C programmer. But more importantly, I learnt them because I was an embedded systems developer and worked with microcontrollers at the time. which is why I advice you not to go further. It can make you very obsessive about memory management, clearly defined types...etc which could make you less productive when you focus too much on them. But I'm impressed you stuck out this far and even more impressed you chose C willingly ![]() |
This is impressive, but it's time you left C and learn a more applicable language else you'll waste your time reinventing the wheel and still jobless. You should leave console applications now, especially with C and learn real platforms which are way more complex than a single language such as mobile dev, Web dev, desktop dev, game dev... etc because there are more complex data types and skills to grasp that matter and time is precious. At your level now, your problem solving skill will be high level and you've learnt all that C can offer you i.e how to implement solutions from scratch. Continue only if you you want to be an embedded systems developer. |
Send me a pm. |
7. You have a girlfriend. Software development and having a girlfriend are mutually exclusive. It's either one or the other. ![]() |
He should explain his problem clearly. |
It's not a react issue, but a browser security measure and its because the backend server and nodejs server are not the same. Cross-Origin Can't explain it now but you can read up on cors - you may encounter it again further down your career line. For now, google => how to disable chrome browser security or cors policy , once you do that, it'll work. |
From my perspective, your learning pattern works if you want to be a javascript tutor or just to be exposed to the language. But to make significant strides, you will not even remember take notes. How much notes can you even take? Your notes will be your past projects. A pdf may be open in one window and your IDE in another window sometimes. When you want to reuse something you've written before but can't remember, you open your past projects, copy code, paste and continue developing. Without actual projects , you'll remain in the same level for a long time, which is a waste of time to me. |
Shanklee:Nox player can replace the emulator, your android phone is even better than both because those emulators are resources hogs especially when combined with Android Studio But SDK is something else entirely. Check the meaning Software Development Kit. That is basically what compiles the source to an apk. You can't replace it or do without it irrespective of development language. Android Studio is just the IDE. |
