Vandora, one of the evicted Big Brother Naija 3 housemates, has said that she was voted out for refusing to partake in sexual activities.

Vandora, who was evicted alongside her strategic partner, Dee-One on Sunday, said she was traumatized after the eviction.

She said people did not vote for her despite being true to her personality, although she is happy she formed new friendship.

Speaking to Africa Magic, Vandora said, ” I was evicted because people did not vote, Our pair was not ordinary.

”I don’t think we did anything wrong, we were not doing what everyone was doing, like the kissing and loving because we were trying to stay true to who we were”.

According to her, the good thing about the show is bonding and friendship. She believes housemates would make good friends after the show.

Kano Pillars defender Chinedu Udoji died last night following a car accident inside Kano, various reports have said.

No-nonsense central defender Udoji was Man of the Match in yesterday’s NPFL Week 9 match against his former club Enyimba, which ended in a 1-1 draw.

An official said Udoji was heading back to the Pillars club house after he visited the hotel of Enyimba when he was involved in an accident which cost him his life.

In recent times, there have been controversies about popular American movie Black Panther which was said to have allegedly added top Nollywood stars, Funke Akindele-Bello and Genevieve Nnaji.

However, none of these actresses came out to confirm if there were truly on the set of the movie or not but Nigerians made their research and came out with screenshots of where their names were spotted.


At the moment the movie Black Panther is one of the most anticipated films of the year. The movie, which has gathered a movement, is the first all-black feature cast and director movie and has been embraced by the black community as a big break for the black community.

According to Guardian, they came up with a list of five talented Nigerians in the movie Black Panther. The list consists of only one woman.

She has acted in The Good Lie, 96 minutes and Identity Thief. She plays the role of Shaman in Black Panther movie.

She has also featured in the movie, Pitch Perfect 2, she played the role of a tomboy.

One time Lagos-based Tunde Laleye moved to the United States with his family in 1997 where he completed his secondary school education. He is a Border Tribesman (uncredited) in the Black Panther movie.

Ex-National Commissioner of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Prof. Lai Olurode, in light of the recent underage registration says many tried to murder him when he refused such many years ago.

Wih this being said, Olurode, called on the FG to ensure the safety of all registration officers, who are mostly members of the National Youth Service Corps.

Olurode was the INEC National Commissioner for the South-West from 2010 to 2015.

He made this known during an interview with Punch on Sunday while reacting to allegations of underage voting in the recently concluded local government election in Kano State.

“If the people can be enlightened, underage voting will reduce. There are certain areas of this country where even if they know the person is a kid, they will insist that the child must vote.

“I had to run for my life at one of the election centres in a part of the country because these people said children must vote or there would be no election at all. It is that bad. The APC government has a responsibility to deliver an election that will be better than the 2015 election.

“The Kano State example is a bad signal and a warning that we really have a lot to do and the voter register is key. The register must be clean, it must not have ghost names or underage voters.”

Olurode added;

“In the course of my service to the nation during the Jega’s era, it was happening in many parts of the country but there are specific geographic locations where it is very common which means the problem can be tackled if responded to promptly by all the stakeholders.

“When you see community leaders coming to meet you with a prepared list of children to be registered and you refuse, you come under threat.

“In some parts of the country, when you refuse to register a child, they go away but in some other parts, the people are the ones who will demand that the child is registered.”

The former INEC boss called on the Federal Government to harmonise the several databases in the country as this would reduce underage voting.

He also called for the training of security agents;

“Some security agents look the other way or tell you to allow the underage voters to vote. In one election which I monitored, a commissioner of police said the presiding officer should ‘cooperate’ with the governor to allow them to thumbprint.

“Of course, that election was cancelled. So, there is a need for voter education among security agents and others. So that when they are asked to do the wrong thing, they can refuse.”

The police said: “He claimed that Akanni refused to give them the N1, 000,000 balance because they killed the personal assistant of the man he sent them to eliminate. .Hence, Adeola Williams aka Ade Lawyer traced the driver of Olorunwa and confiscated his Black Hyundai jeep from the driver and called the owner that they will release his Jeep after he paid them their one million naira balance.

He said they needed to run and hide until the heat subsided since two of his accomplices had been arrested by the police. He confessed that Mr. Olorunwa has been calling him to be very careful and that he should hide very well because his members have been arrested.

He also mentioned many other victims he assassinated in the past which included Hamburger, a union chairman in Oshodi, Babajide Dosumu aka Mados in Ebute Meta, Salawe in Ajah, Ganiyu Asaro and four others in Badore where he said he spread bullets in their car and killed the five occupants.

”Olorunwa was arrested at Ebute Meta by IRT operatives. Efforts to arrest remaining gang members at large in progress.”

Dim Chukwuneye Williams who allegedly attempted to smuggle $ 23, 000 from US into the country by concealing it inside a cake, on Thursday appeared in an Ebute Meta Magistrates’ Court in Lagos .Auto Draft

Williams , who resides in Anambra , is standing trial on two counts of attempting to procure the commission of acts and unlawful smuggle .

He, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges .
The prosecutor , Inspector Oladele Adebayo, told the court that the accused committed the offences on February 8 at No . 6 , Gbolade Adebanjo St. , Ilupeju, Lagos .

He alleged that the accused had unlawfully smuggled and concealed $ 23 , 000 ( N 8 m ) inside a birthday cake .

He said the offences contravened sections 406 and 411 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015 (Revised ).

The Chief Magistrate , Mrs . A. O . Ajibade, granted bail to the accused in the sum of N 2 m , with two sureties in like sum .

Ajibade said the sureties must own landed properties within the court ’ s jurisdiction and adjourned the case to March 16 for further hearing .

A former National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, Chief Olisa Metuh, was on Monday produced on a stretcher before the Federal High Court in Abuja for his ongoing trial in respect of the N400m he allegedly received from the Office of the National Security Adviser in 2014.

The trial judge, Justice Okon Abang, had to adjourn the matter due to the condition of the defendant.

After the matter was adjourned, Metuh was taken to an ambulance of the National Hospital, Abuja, waiting outside the courtroom.

He was driven off in the ambulance with number plate, 44Q 20FG, at about 10:27am on Monday.

The case was adjourned till March 14.

Am still yet to recover from this wonder…
Well in the picture is Mr Joseph Abiodun who hails from Benin in Edo state.
I went to the church for a prayer meeting and evangelism. I was paired with a partner but my partner since we finished the prayer very late suggested we leave our own evangelism till Friday(2/02/2018) by 5pm. Which I agreed to. As I was walking home just not too far from the church,I sighted this mad man in a Bush breaking sticks. Of course when you see a mad man,you should walk away. Which I did. But the holy spirit ministered to me to go and pray for him. I refused and continued walking home. Maybe I was just being compassionate and was talking to myself. But as I kept walking further the voice became stronger. So I had to retrace my steps. I walked into the bush suddenly my fear was disappearing,have not had that kind of faith since i became a christian. I confronted him while he was cooking in the bush and told him Jesus has sent me to set him free.
As I prayed I knew I was no longer the one talking, I can’t tell or express how I was feeling but I was under an influence. I commanded him in the name of Jesus to come and he came closer. I prayed in few words and Lo and behold he fell to his face. And the lord said he is free. After interaction with him he is confirmed healed. Onlookers who knew him said he has been on the street in madness for more than four years. They were surprised and kept asking him several questions,and with eloquence he replied them all. He has now bathed,has worn clothes,fed,barbed and now resting in the church premises.

Samson Ugbusun, a 28-year-old bricklayer and notorious burglar, has been arrested by the police in Benin, Edo state, after he made love overtures to the daughter of one of his victims. He had stolen two mobile phones from his victims after breaking into their homes at Etete, Edo State.
After the successful operation, he called a number belonging to the daughter of one of his victims and invited her to spend the night at his apartment. The girl fell to his amorous overtures, visited him and spent a night with him in his apartment. .

Samson was nabbed after the girl revealed his whereabouts to her mother. Speaking to newsmen, Samson said: “I stole handsets at Etete, through the window around 11pm. I removed the handset through the window of the house by tearing the net. This is my first time.

I saw her (victim’s daughter) number on the phone I stole. I called the girl and told her that I love her. She came and spent the night with me and went back to school. When she came to my place, she told her mother my address and everything; that was how they got me."....
