Vit B6 and small Vit C or eliminate Vit C if you take any Prenatal and fruits. My Dr added M2tone and Dexamethasone to my combo. Am also on Metformin. A mum here confirmed the combo worked for her twice. I haven't used the prescription though.

So, while at work, Aunty Flo came on CD 31.So i rushed to the doctor's.
Pls i need advise, my Doctor has prescribed Clomid 100mg to start tomorrow, currently on Metformin. What side attraction can i do to make it effective? I know abt PreSeed, will get it next week.

Pls how long after taking Primolut will my period come? I finished the prescribed dose on Saturday and today is Friday , nth. I have terrible cramps and feel nauseous which i believe is as a result of Metformin. I dont knw what to do, am to see the doctor when i see blood...

Not exactly the answer to your question but @ Mamakendra had a hysteroscopy in a hospital in PH and made the post on it on the ivf thread. I have copied her post and will paste below.

Since I was taking vitex as early as 4-5am when dressing for work, and taking metformin with my meal I didn't think twice.
Maybe I was wrong sha.
I just know vitex tells d brain what hormones to produce so I wasnt thinking it was interfering.

what was your dose like? I take one tablet in the morning, one in the evening. Can i take both in the morning?

@iomoge, my new gynae has prescribed Metformin for pcos.Did you take metformin together with vitex?

Praise God with me mamas. I've gotten my BFP. I got it through ART. Before I went for d procedure I was on metformin, Fertilaid and ovaboost which helped bring my FSH down and gave me great quality eggs as I had pcos.

While I prepared myself and throughout the procedure, I just kept giving God praises because I was so sure he had done it. I had asked enough and it was time for me to receive.

As God did mine after 4+ years of marriage, he would definitely do for every sister here.

God ordered my steps today to see a new Gynae.Over the years, i have avoided him bc i heard he was a mean man.Finally met him today and he was very nice to me.
Took my scan result diagnosed of Polycystic ovaries to him, he prescribed Metformin 500mg and also Primolut to induce cycle in 2 weeks.He wants to make my body adjust and adapt to a shorter cycle compared to the long, long cycle i normally have.
He seems to know what he's doing, compared to the previous Gynae who sent me to the lab for hormonal assay when i didnt even see my period, only for the result to come out, he called the lab and was angry that the values were not correct. Why wont the values be incorrect when my blood sample was nt taken on the supposed cycle day. I lost faith in him oo and started self medicating.Lol

A friend introduced me to this new one, coupled with the advise from mummies here to see my doctor for futher medication. I finally did.i believe God will use him to help me.

I dont know if i shd continue taking Vitex n Omega369 along side Metformin. I asked him though and he smiled n said, i shouldnt be fast to get a drug not prescribed by a doctor. Lol

I plan to switch to herbal tea (Rasberry green tea) instead since Lemon has become expensive. Had to stop all prenatals and meds when my cycle dropped from 28 to 26 days but will resume again. Trying to go for Pregnacare Conception this time and will replace the zinc with Iron but want to also discuss it with my doc. Frankly, I feel encouraged in this forum.

Its N3,700 a container. But i bought retail which is 30 naira per soft gel.

Check Pharmacies, you should find it there or order from Lagos.

I dunno about Omega 2 and 6.

We didn't see the previous scan but this shows pcos n calcified fibriods.
The functional cyst is gone.
Dunno if the fibroid is in or outside d womb...i dont understand all d subserous stuff.
Being calcified means it no longer growing.
Did ur doctor say it won't disturb conception/implantation ? Did he say it's nothing to worry about?

I hope to see a doctor tomorow my sister. It is well already. Unlike me, i was very joyful.Its over already

Hello Vanny2, trying to follow your history to understand the discharge. I understand if i'm not wrong that you are trying to burst the cyst Pls a burst cyst can affect your ovaries. Pls visit a gyneacologist to tell you the next course of action and also discuss the supplements u r using or wish to use with the doctor. Until then it's safe to do the natural detox....lemon and water. The Lord is your strenght. Very soon all this challenges will be super story when u're holding your miracle.

After being diagnosed of functional cyst,i took M2tone,my cycle was elongated to 53 days, i discontinued it. Am now on Vitex,Omega369,folic acid and Bco.

Out of my desperation, i asked the doctor to put me on Clomid (i planned to still get it if he refused) but he explained to me about the dangers of someone with functional cyst being placed on clomid that it could progress to being polycystic(PCOS). I googled about it later and found it to be true. I dont know what drugs she has being on but i find that some supplement function may be to stimulate the ovaries which may aggravate issues if there is an abnormality of the ovaries. This doesnt mean she wont be pregnant o. Pls visit your gyno still and follow strict meds. God who sees our struggles will correct these abnormalities. Amen.

The results shows you have Subserous Calcified Fibroids. This means Fibroids outside the womb that have turned stone like and no longer able to grow. I doubt if they're the cause of your infertility since they're Subserous. I think the culprit will be PCOS.

We've discussed PCOS quite a lot here and I think it's best you read up on it and start helping yourself. First step should be to run away from Carbs, take Omega 3,6,9 to balance your hormones. Also see a Dr to help you with prescriptions and if necessary Ovulation induction and timed intercourse.

I think its fluid 4rm d cyst, u can confirm via scan, I think u shuld continue using d tampoon, until u hv nothing coming out again. God will bless ur efforts wt bfp soon

Yes i am, no foul smell. Actually, i started having the watery discharge after removing Guifei Bao and i had a functional cyst on my right ovary.so i suspected and believed the cyst bursted, thus the discharge

pls take note of the smell of the discharge . any sexual relations in recent times . if there is a smell ,do the antibiotics detox o. not all infections show up during tvs , hvs or even we do the vagina swab . i battled with t.vaginalis for a long time until i did the antibiotic 2 weeks treatment with dh . may not be the case with u , but i am certainly concerned about d colour . much love
