Please i need to professional answers and guidance as per my proposed study permit application.
I have been offered admission to study a year post graduate diploma in supply Chain Management at Seneca. I'm yet to apply for my study permit still gathering all the required documents but i have paid 50% of the tuition.

Currently i have a year Canadian multiple Temporary Resident Visa which was renewed in November last year. I'm currently working on a monthly salary, aside this, i also have a company which i'm the sole signatory to the account of the company but i have people working for me in the company.

During my last trip to Canada, i opened a bank account in Toronto with the intention of moving money to the account to fund my study. To date i have 34K in the account. Can you please advise me on how to move forward as per the application if i should include the Canadian bank account with the application, include my business registration and bank statement, my personal bank statement and letter from my current employer.

What's stated on CIC's website is 4 months soa. However, the lagos visa instructions states 6 months. I have seen people use just 4 months soa and got their trv likewise, I have seen people with 6 months soa got theirs too. My worry is the coy's soa you intend to use. Is the coy sponsoring you ?.

Thanks for all your thread. i followed it and got information. i applied Canada visa online and got information that it has been denied due to tie with Canada and home country. I had an expired Australian, New zealand and other countries stamp. Registered business and a property document, my wife Marriage certificate but still can not figure out the refusal reason.

Why not? You can sponsor yourself. There will be more financial burden on your however because a visa officer will also consider the duration of your program and your dependants. If your spouse is working, it will relieve you some more.

Self sponsored applicants will either show funds for the duration of their program or show a very reliable source of funds.
If your rental property, your company or any other stable source can generate enough funds for you consistently till you complete your program, you are good to go. Just add the reciepts/doc showing the earnings. Pictures won't be necessary.

Your business and family wil sure be a good home tie for you.

I like d concept of ur application, I always tell people not to use a company's account as the source of money to pay ur fees via ur sponsor. In ur own case u used ur mum & sister whose acc is not a company's acc. Personal account statement is best sell out to this VO. I remember vividly one moniker that was refused on dis thread, that used his sponsor SOA, even though d Acc looks good but dis VO gats to be considering the dependants on that account as per salaries of employees and lots. I was shocked when d GCMS came out and all that was pointed out. Abeg wetin concern dem with all dat ? U rightly said it. It's somewhat better go give CAC doc of a sponsor den let d sponsor give his/her own personal acc and not that of d company that is rested on so many things.

Okay. You could stand a good chance if you present your case very well and convincingly. Age has always got little effect on a right choice of academic pursuit. Your passport age is assumed your real age because it is a government issued document and therefore has a good evidence of authenticity.
I think the do DOB and information change on the passport in nigerian immigration office. You could find out the process and make appropraite corrections.

The embassy will use your age as written on your passport as your real age. So if it's not, do the change first on your passport before you submit your application.

Great. You may still have issues if you are not the SOLE signatory to the company acccount. However, If you are and with a good reason why you intend using funds supposedly meant for the company development to fund your studies while also explaining how the company will generate additional funds for itself once significant amount is removed for your study, it could fly.

I am the SOLE signatory to the Acc, I have my personal account with reasonable inflow and USD Acc too.

My main issue presently is age, my passport carries 1983 as my Bd but am not upto that,
Pls can you advice me what to do should I go and swear an affidavit that my age is 1987.
The mistake was as result of lost BD certificate and mum not knowing the exact date.
Pls advice me
