shobroy10:It wasn't you I was driving to. The nigga I quoted said there is no existence of Southern south Nigeria. But you can't acknowledge the claim of NW, NE and deny SS. |
GarangDeMabior:Man The present day Nigeria is Divided into 6 Geo political zones. I want to ask you a question I need your answer, Atiku is from what part of Nigeria? Buhari is from what part of the country? Answer this and let me show you where I'm driving at. You practically trying to use evasive mechanism as form of a solid argument thereby your points are not stayed clearly. Answer the questions. You stated that there is nothing like SS and doesn't exist. Also stated that I'm in use of old acronyms of the Southern x Northern almagamation.... Now using present day argument, you queried that nothing like SS that's your personal opinion. I opine the use of six geopolitical zones. But one major flaw in your claim is deflecting my point on the use of old acronyms of the southern part of Nigeria. The present day which is six, still comes up with you defaulting the rule of six geopolitical zones. |
GarangDeMabior:There are lot of intelligence you can draw out only that your myopic mindset has limited you to unarguably unreasonable pronouncements. I only stated how it is in the six geopolitical zones which Nigeria is divided into. Saying there is no entity that should exist as just east of Nigeria. Since we have both NorthEast and South East. If an entity should exist as Eastern Nigeria, which part if Nigeria, should bear it as eastern Nigeria. Is it the south or North. Aside that, I am never of the believe of the six geopolitical zones. If you want to go by the map Igbo tribe is never an Eastern tribe. It us more of southern. The old eastern region of Nigeria was comprised of Akwa/Cross river. The whole eastern region as you claim exist is not feasible. The Igbo tribe is enveloped in other tribes which is named south south. You cannot even make a constructive claim to back up your idea. I just schooled you in your claim. Nigeria is divided into six geopolitical zones. The claim of south, eastern, northern Nigeria was borne out as a result of differences in our languages. Which is in no relation to our geographical position. Yoruba is of Southern Nigeria is just clear that you are the one with a whack ideology. Northern Nigeria is the upper part of Nigeria. Southern Nigeria is the lower part of Nigeria. That is the only logical explanation of your geographic bearing. So in the south it is divided. It is welcome to say a Yoruba man is from the southern part of Nigeria. That is why it is South Western. |
GarangDeMabior:You dont have an idea man. Nigeria is divided into two, southern and northern Nigeria. Yoruba is in southern Nigeria that makes you a Southerner. In southern Nigeria, we are subdivided into three... South West, South East, South South. A Yoruba is a Southerner from Nigeria. We dont have Easter Nigeria don't exist as an entity on it's own. It was only built up by the northern elutes to cause segregation among the south. The highest number of tribes in Nigeria comes from the North. Now let me ask you? Why should a southwestern Nigeria be regarded as a western and a Northerner western Nigeria be regarded as a Northerner. You get the irony. West doesn't only belongs to Yorubas in Nigeria, it as well belongs to northwestern Nigeria. |
SATANNIST:Well that's your believe about it.... The meaning reads deeper to me. It says like the Government is bad and in that way it makes us bad. How do we fight them? Civil and social engagements are not forthcoming. What else do we do? Let's involve ourselves into gangsterism in order to keep fit and survive in this nation. We fight the government, steal back our own resources and be a pain to them. We are used by the government as an instrument of violence, provided with nothing no jobs and we are helpless. They steal from us and fight our voices. When we fight, we get imprisoned by the same Government. We start a revolution, all abled bodied man dress in black as a sign of readiness to fight for our own freedom. Snap up with black beret as a mark of identity just like the military has theirs and we gather. How do we fight? We go in for war. This is not about cultism tho..it has more meanings into it, the music is deeply passing a message. The only problems we have with the music us that of the involvement of the piper with the flute. Burns Boy is a cultists and seeing it in that light, he indirectly promotes the Stan. Looking away from the negative aspects no cult slangs were used, if you have read deeply or watched more a white man would view it as a revolution of black people. At times, certain dress codes were used in countries like Burkina Faso, Mali, Rwanda e.t.c.... He may be indirectly saying yes to cultism as the video only depicts violence as a result or answer to the government woes on us. |
bolaayenimo:Who failed it? What caused the divisions and agitations? |
bolaayenimo:Who failed it? What caused the divisions and agitations. |
markidoo:Lol federal road bro.. To be constructed by FG. |
decatalyst:The road is a federal road. Notwithstanding he can apply pressure and could be done. It is not really a responsibility to him but every reasonable person who is a Governor can do something about it. |
Now this thread has said one thing. You are what you are. Nigeria is so messed up that we have been affected by political zoning among our ethnic groups. You can't bear Adeyemi and be a Northerner as an ancestral name likewise:::You are Southerner. You are Yoruba. You can't bear chibuzor, ngozi, Kelechi and not be regarded as Igbo. Neither can you bear Okon, Edet and not regarded as Erik/ Ibibio.. Ovaramwen and not be regarded as Binis.. So much more, all has been affected by political zoning. You speak a language as your ancestral language. You are what you are. A White cannot beget a Black neither a cow beget an owl. |
Romanoff:Nigeria is divided into two: Northern Nigeria Southern Nigeria If you are yoruba, you are Southerner. |
quivah:The same meaning which you have known it for is what it is, it means comport immediately, shut up or keep silence!!! |
hustla:FEM which has been a normal slang used by our Igbo mother's was introduced as an NBM lingual.. Those days mother tells us, 'If I here Fem' which translates to don't say a word any more.... Most other lingua used in NBM gotten from other languages are: UHURU--- FREEDOM(SWAHILI) DODORIMA -THANKS(ANCIENT IGBO) ERAYO- FIRE (EDOID) |
SATANNIST:Bro.. There was a message go back to read the lyrics and evaluate the life of NigerDeltans, mode of dressing and the rest. It was not actually cultism because it spoke more of uprising militancy and vices of the youth caused by the present administration. The message was clear, due to the governance of the nation it raised monsters who in turn became cultists, militants and agitators.. Several berets were flown in the video..post militants appear on ted berets as a breakout of the popular Icelanders.. The black beret as a result of cultism. Towards the end of the video, shows the life of every one involve in those vices, coming back to fight the government indirectly. Davidos FEM has no deep relation with anything you can imagine less the bragging rights of a typical game man. It speaks more of street gangsterism and radicality. No actual message passed but just cruise to it. That's the difference bro.... |
All what I'm seeing is unnecessary bitterness, Arsenal won the game and they should not celebrate or they should cry SMH!The day Chelsea, Man u win dont celebrate oo say dem.must win league first or carry trophy.. Mtcheew.. Arsenal celebrate your win today, if u lose tomorrow you cry. You can't be sober all the time jharee.. |
tutudesz:Paying for their services rendered is a favour to you. If they don't who would fix it for you? You think the govt would do that ..lol. Maybe when you get to that side of the road you would understand more. |
tutudesz:Bro, it is a favour they render which dey expect a little token of appreciation. If they dont fix those roads man which the government won't do it atleast for the mean time. You won't be able to pass through the place. I dont know of your travel experience though but I have been in a lot of situations where trailer got stuck, buses gets spoilt. What the locals do is that they create a pathway from their compounds by cutting down bushes to enable easy passage. So you saying they fix it for their own gain is not more about the gain because if they don't, you vehicle might get sticker or damaged in the ditch. Guess who will run to you to help you, na still dem. They know exactly where the next mechanic is and you must too them more. It would cost you more fixing your car than tipping. Mind you let me give you a clear picture of what the place is. A very large pothole about 2m deep and 8m long filled with water and erosion ridden and rocky stones underneath.. That is what the place in Abia looks like and its not only in that particular part of the road. Its along the roads severally. One of the worst landslide and erosion ridden federal roads you can see in Nigeria Its more if a favour than you paying for service rendered. |
Binance:The guy funny oo.. Im Neva play am and e drop d game for here. |
ThatFairGuy1:Albeit, the sonnet the better they privatise refinery the better for us. The removal of subsidies should have long been a thing if the past. We would have been atleast 8 years past this today. We should learn how to support and not criticize every move by the govt. So that we can atleast move forward. |
ThatFairGuy1:Majority of you guys are the problem of our country. Till you put sentiment out, this country would move forward. What to you mean by you dont tryst Atiku's privatisation. Then the thought of privatisation was a very bad idea as it was sold to you by the present admin. Now its mentioned you are buying it. We need to look beyond all these and move forward. |

Areaboy2:The man in question is he a fowl? Stop the unnecessary insults. |

LegendHero:Honesty and Nigeria should not be put in the first place. All our political leaders are thieves. |
omenka:Bro you are part of them. If the post have read igbos you would be so glad. You dey shout because he called Nigigerians and you fall under Nigeria. You also make extremely stupid comments and you don't think before you type. |
Wickedness knows no race!!! Say no to ethnic bigotry. Stop the blame game!!! |
AmazonTopaz:That is why everybody go get am equally . If I no give them land for villa na for town dey go carry am.. That is why I dey buy more to accommodate them for future . |
AmazonTopaz:Okay if you say so. As for me and my household.... With what I have and will get more, my will shall accommodate everyone accordingly. My daughters shall understand as I would explain. If anyone wants to GI contrary after my death. Its up to him or her because e no concern me anymore. I may not give them the land in my own home but they definitely get it somewhere as compensation. Let them leave that one for their brothers |
AmazonTopaz:I modified the post check it again. You highlighted what deemed it fit for argument but fail yo agree clearly on some of what I said. |
AmazonTopaz:He passes the land to brother's children. Ancestral homes belongs to you as a woman but when you get married and cease to bear the fathers name, that land go back to the family. It is a family land and it has been backed by customary court that way the village still remains for what it is and doesn't bring about division and dispute. If women bear ancestral homes there would be no village boundaries any longer as she passes it on to her offspring who also bears a different surname and claim the tribes of their father. Thereby causing divisions not just in the family but the community. Then any tribe cannot be what it is. In a way there shall not be any need for states and boundaries if the trend continues. My mother was given a land by her father as his first child. But the land belongs to the Njoku family. The land is at the familys compound. But there is no way my elder brother can Go there because because he is not from the family. After my mother die, the land still remains to the family and go back to her younger brother who is the first son. That is one thing about the cultural land. But if the land was not at the ancestral home of Njoku, she us entitled to pass it on to whom she pleases. |
