sapele914: how do you know?do you have any proof or evidence like say anyone from your family been indicted. Please disregard them. They're the reasons why looters think we are fools. What is Wike's business with the arrest a judge. Afterall his wife is a judge and she is not the one that was arrested. With the huge allegation against him & with an overwhelming proof Wike would be kicked out of the govt house like a burgler! |

london4luv: why is ur brain this low, is this how to fight corruption.. Buhari has come to destroy nigeria and u knw he just succeeded When I read the comments of some eminent nairalanders, I am forced to believe that logic has been thrown to the dogs. How on earth has PMB destroyed Nigeria simply because he wants to sterilise all his tools for fighting corruption? The Executive, Legislature and the Judiciary must be sanitised if we really want to fight corruption!! I mean what does a Supreme Court Justice do with such amount of cash in his house? If it is true Buhari is on a revenge scheme...he is on course insofar they a culpable for being corrupt. Afterall revenge is when you pay for the wage of your sins from the person you commit it against, which is exactly what will happen when we all get to heaven! |

Notorious means when they have continously carried out acts of criminality & they're aleady known as such. No one has to know their legal names or nicknames to categorise them as notorious. Their faces & mode of operation is adequate enough to truly classify them as notorious |

They are ready to sabotage the economy to convince us they are working. Do you have any idea this is economic fraud & sabotage? And you suggest the public should not be informed about this? That's how the banks withold peoples monies without letting their families know! Any bank that cannot comply with the highest standard of their profession should be publicly shamed. With over 20 candidiates contesting in the primaries. Those who paid equal amounts of monies for their interest & primaries forms. One needs no soothsayer to tell him that the APC primary election in Ondo State would be free, fair, credible & acceptible to all and sundry. Imagine the calibre of those that are contesting. They're gladiators in their own rights, even Kekemeke na small boy for their side, he cannot openly or secretly perform magic with this one because these guys are connected to themselves & it would not be hidden for long before the truth comes out. For all APC members in diaspora. The Sunshine State is coming back to the progressives. Let's us rally round our leaders to give us a glamourous primary election in Ondo State. APC - Change in Ondo! naijaboiy: Negligent manslaughter?
Please there is nothing like that in civil cases. It's either one sues for negligence on a guardians part or manslaughter which will be a criminal offense.
I do not support whatever it is you people said Linda or the other actress did, but suing them on the grounds of negligence or manslaughter will hold nothing against them.
Linda was not part of the medical team in charge of Mayowa neither is she a member of her family so the question of negligence is null. Secondly manslaughter is no where near the issue as we cannot find in anywhere that Linda had in anyway made any attempt or action that led to the deceased' death.
If you want to sue them both, the family will have to prove that the news miss Linda broadcasted actually led to mayowa's death contradicting medical reports.
So you see it's not just easy to walk up to a lawyer and begin ask him to write a writ of Summons when the case you want to bring up has so many loop holes.
Linda can only be held liable for defaming the family of Mayowa and be made to pay for damages but she cannot be charged for the death of the deceased.
RIP to HER. Who is this Barber? |

tintingz: So blaming Toyin and Linda is the cause of her death? If I were her family I would sue Linda, Toyin & the other lady for negligent manslaughter. The chain of causation was broken when the fraud alert was raised. Thereby leading to the freezing her medical finances. Even Linda in her apology post confessed that she made an error by not enquiring indepthly into the matter. If I were their lawyer, I would sue Linda in a civil court & all the money she thinks she has she would use it to pay aggravated & special damages!!! |

People should not blame Toyin and Linda, she(Mayowa) was in stage 4 cancer before it was publicized, stage 4 cancer is like a dead corpse walking it takes miracle for such person to survive it. Even if she has 1% chance of survival they shouldn't have jeopardised her chances of living. Her death no longer became natural when LIB promoted the propaganda against her fundraiser... |

pippimp: All journalists have links. It is normal. Should we jail all CNN correspondents? You cannot jail journalists operating outside the shores of your country. Besides people like Aisha have been feeding CNN with the footages of BH's atrocities and CNN have been briefing the NA accordingly. I want to believe that the likes of CNN have identified the Nig Govt's efforts in combating BH and have henceforth backed away from matetials that would jeopardise the efforts of the govt. So Aisha & her cohorts have decided to do it on their own...And it is now glaring that the Nigerian Army is no longer as stupid as they used to be. Ask her. Which COAS did she meet with. Is it Burutai? I'm sure it's Ihekirija! Please, if she professes to have links with BH. Let her take the next step of faith by willingly surrendering to the Nigerian Army... That's all! |
