mtisTheQubit:Either Africa like it or not . Africa will developed , it might not be now , it might be the next 10 year or so. and the reason is not far fetched, it is simply becuse of ""cost of labour"" China and other part of the world will have developed enough to demand for more high wages and better palliative . so lots of company will want to cut cost and at the same time established new branches . this alone will force them to scramble for development in Africa as the new virgin ground . so country that has a faster workable and flexible policy will attract the best of them in Africa. Africa country with adequate infrastructure , sound business policy with a considerable market size will be first to consider. And if you notice , it has started happening . Ethiopia, Nigeria are getting lots of huge Chinese firm. Ghana even with her small market size is also fighting for her share hence the need to have the AfCTA capital . that Is an excellent way to become the gate way of Africa. |
mtisTheQubit:there is something you must realized .Your economy prowess also determined the kind of business arrangement you will get.. America owns the largest debt to China but America is too economically buoyant for China to domesticate like Zambia. in reverse, China even owns America. so it is vice versa. what Germany and France will get from table in dealing with China, I possibly don't think any Africa state will get anything close . if it were to be any Africa state with China. |
Shma:How can you say Lagos is older than Casablanca ? the whole total garbage went off head at that point. Lagos was never born when Casablanca started developing. |
tylann:Well I think trump is crazy . but in anyway, I prefer the white because of their strong rule of law. they also have good constitution as well. . our liberty to choice of religion, sex and many more are somehow as a result of good enforcement of western law. So at list, if you want to do business , it is better you do it with country that has working law. No one likes to invest in something (opening a business, building a factory etc) that can be taken away easily by a random person or country who happens to have the power to do so. |
Shma:Casablanca is thousand years older than Accra. Casablanca is way better than many eastern Europe. if you know the history of morrocco, you will never compare it with any Africa city except maybe Egypt and Algeria. they have history as rich as India and China. Casablanca is an ancient city with many old architecture of the fine Arab architects. Rabat which is just a political capital only has cape town to compete with in sub Sahara Africa. and go read cape town history, you will understand why it is developed than many Africa city. |
tylann:Well you may say so. 2.2 trillion America stimulus package is only for Americans alone. No poor country is tasting a dime. but I will still have to choose the old enemy ( the white guys)reason is, rule of law works. |
ednited:I don't see anything wrong in what China is doing. they are only capitalizing their strengths. so weaker country should be ready to improved or join allies with stronger nation. remember China is there for itself . |
Ghana is now setting standard ...... Get the gist from dailyuk news
|
samorobo:seriously, I wonder |
Just30:but what I no dey bab be say, if we called una area estate, charly, e means say the place dey be roff . but for Kenya, e be yawa |
Shma:Not even world bank development project will help you actualized that . dodora estate is a typical disgrace after so many dollar intervention. |
Shma:i am not the one who made up the statement. it is free and accessible online. if you want to argue , do that with them , not me. As far as I know , kibera constitute more than quarter of a million nairobians talkless of many slums surrounding Nairobi as a whole. picking some few government concentrated section and called that beautiful is out of all logical explanation when the whole city is sitting right in the heart of slum and many poor individual. |
Shma:give me an accurate data that shows less than 20 percent Nairobi is slum. first of all, Nairobi lack all what can support basic human standard of living. many area are without portable water , too many people are poor . I can imagine poverty and dirtiness. they are more similar you know. even in your slums, there is still building made of clay ..... that is way bellow standard . |
Shma:unless I understand what you mean by no way, Cus as I care to know Nairobi is having the Africa largest slum . so how you want to remotely compare is what I don't know. I know Lagos and Accra like the back of my hand and i can rightly say it depends on what part of the location you want to compare. |
Shma:it is not about how long , it is about how massive. anyway you mistake my statement. I am referring to that zombie who is at present using it as evidence RVP. |
Shma:Cus it dosnt make sense showing a miniature of a square kilometres when the majority area that surrounded the area are dwelling in slums. we would not arrive at a meaningful and logical conclusion. except we can have both the slums and the rest of the few developed part. |
Just30:very irrational human being . skyscraper as evidence. lol..... that dude is crazy..... |
Shma:Another stupid statement. how can you compare Lagos as a state to Ghana as a country. is daraslaam more better than Kenya? |
ednited:too much conspiracy from the Muslim scholar. I do listen to him once in a while. China will only take over indebted country regardless of where it is situated, whether far away South Asia like Sri Lanka or South Africa like Zambia. and that also depends. |
Shma:Well only if you are willing to show us some part of world bank project like the famous dandora estate and her neighbourhoods estates like Kariobangi, Baba Dogo, Gitare Marigo and Korogocho.. I am far from talking about kibera ( Africa largest slum). but I don't understand your stupid competition. instead of you to go look for 10 thousand shillings on how you will confirm your Coro stand in Nairobi Hospital. |
Horus:the country is broke . they might have received some cash for that. |
lol.....this really sell Ghana out in 2020. . i learnt they now has lawyer and manager in kenya.... they gonna charge you in dollar i guess... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wmbFuKbjs-g |
TayserMahri:lol... Aren't you part of it . |
Shma:our deaths figure is low . just 9. and our recovery rate is gradually moving up. we have 145 now at of 1230 case. |
jl115:Don't mind that idiot. Ghana has being their diamond standard when it comes to rural electrification and educational policy for as long as the idiot can remember |
forgiveness:not really, it is for faster and reliable confidence in the test done in rural areas. Ghana for a population less than 30 million has over four equipped lab that can test Coro . and over 120 mini tuberculosis lab that are presently undergoing face lift to meet the standard that .can test the virus. our biggest lab ( noguchi) can carry over 2000 test in a day . |
gallivant:Ghana is food secured according to world food program. Kenya is not so ..... |
Ghana is being used as an example for the world to follow How Ghana is fighting covid 19 using drone https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EIx5XA2tbtw |
Shma:eXpress your garbage in English. Don't be scared of my usual bully |
Ghana on the map again...small but mighty ...... Other hubs will be established in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa, the Egyptian capital of Cairo and Johannesburg in South Africa to serve three main functions; source..primemews ....
|
rvp20182:Do you stupidly notice you have type down bad grammar here. and for the fact that you called the original words poorly shows your intellectual capacity is whack and demented . I can make you a Bantam and bully you properly. if that is what you want. reply me with a silly words again. demented fool. |
rvp20182:what does this mean. Are you speaking swahili |
