It's nice seeing black Americans trying to connect to their roots.
The only negative issue here is , I see Ghanaian culture gradually fading away soon. Ghana might soon be Americanized like Liberia but in a good sense. Ghana is actually targeting wealthy black americans not just any black americans

Why are Multi Million companies leaving in Kenya?

7 Multi-Million Companies Which Shut Down in 2022
1- Hilton Hotel
After 53 years of operation in the country, Hilton announced plans to exit the Kenyan market on December 31, 2022.
2- GSK

In October 2022, GlaxoSmithKline, a British multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company, announced the end of its operations in the country. This was after six decades of the company’s operations in Kenya.
3- Kune Food

In June, Kune Food, a Nairobi-based cloud Kitchen startup, announced its closure.

Kune Foods founder Robin Reecht attributed the closure to the tough economic times.

He noted that despite offering food at an affordable price of around Ksh352, their sales
Notify Logistics

The high cost of operation forced Notify Logistics to end its operations in the country.

Through a statement in September, the company attributed its closure to the global recession and inflation in the country.

When Notify started in 2018, its business model was quite attractive as it focused on renting out shelves to vendors to run its operations.

However, the model failed, compelling the company to end its operations in the country.

NopeaRide

Kenya’s first fully electric taxi service, NopeaRide, announced its exit from the Kenyan market after its parent company EkoRent Oy failed to raise additional funding to keep it afloat.

NopeaRide, the local subsidiary of the Finnish company, filed for insolvency, bringing to an end the operation of the electric tax business.
WeFarm

In July, the Agritech company, WeFarm, closed down one of its services, the WeFarm shop, barely a year after setting it up.

WeFarm shop was an application that the company developed to help farmers acquire agricultural products online and share reviews and advice with each other.

WeFarm’s Director of Growth, Sofie Mala, attributed the shop shut down to current market conditions, affecting its scale-up model.

The company has connected over 2.5 million farmers in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania since its establishment in 2014 by Kenny Ewan.

Mkenya2019:
Legendary Moi had a start-stop IMF dance in 1990s.
Post-cold-war - Kenya who was Western allie - and fairly democratic - suddenly found itself in the cross-roads.
Western nations in short, dumped Moi, Mobutu, Kaundu and few pro-western allies - and demanded democracy.
They now didnt need any support - with collapse of USSR.

That happened in 1990s - just a year of end of cold war in 1989 - or collapse of USSR.

Kenya which then depended 60% of the economy and forex from aid from western nation - had it suspended for gross human rights violation.

They just woke up one day - US, EU, Norway, IMF, WB - and said all AID to kenya was out.

What followed - with 60% of forex drop - KSHS went haywire - from exchanging at fixed 20 shs to a dollar since 1963 - it went to 65
Inflation went through the roof - bread use to be 2 bob - it went 16 shs I remember.
Overnight there was financial chaos and ruin.
My father who had small loan...found the loan had trippled.

Many regimes went bankrupt and fell over. Zaire Mobutu, Kaundu and others didn't survive.

Moi survived. He played IMF/WB/US/EU like guitar. He would accept reforms - they open the taps. He would renege. They would stop. He would then again go back and accept reforms. They open the taps.

I think btw that period there was almost an IMF program every year until 2003 ouster of MOi/KANU.

As final Coupe Degrace - Moi allowed IMF to pick the cabinet and their gov - because the distrust had become too much - IMF swiftly looked for white kenyan and made him our civil service head - and fired so many people from gov - teachers name it - nobody was spared.

Brilliant Moi - then had White kenya and the IMF DREAM TEAM - fired after taking political flank for unpopular reforms.

Moi then blamed the white racist Leakey for hating africans and firing civil servants enmass. Leakey went from being liked to being hated by legions.

And finally he made huge mistake to pick UHuru - small drunkard idiot nobody knew as his successor - and KANU lost.
night moon story ....it doesn't change the fact you are a unrepentant debtor.l

Mkenya2019:
Then you became bankrupt in 1962 - then military dictatorship until 2002 - and now generally oscillate btw bankruptcy and IMF programs - every three years to the dot - you file for bankruptcy - IMF comes for next 3yrs - fix the mess - you immediately resume the bad behaviors - 3yrs later - bankruptcy. Yet you have always had gold, aluminum, river volta, arable land, and now oil. If you were half-decent country - you would far ahead.
You impregnated IMF 17/ 18 times or more . Far more economic handicapped than Ghana. You aren't the right channel.

You are an idiot , Uni of Ghana was sitting at 7 position in some years back and many other notable institution have been ranking UG and other Ghanaian institution higher.

You're still lying. Pre-med in US can only happen after she get a bachelors. All she has done is pre-foundation - communication 101 - to improve her Ghana horrible writting skills - before she begin her bachelors. If she want to do medicine - she will start with degree in biology or chemistry.
You be mumu, medicine program in the usa at graduate level doesn't necessarily need to be related with the undergraduate program. Infact a business administration graduate can apply. But once you are admitted to run pre medic program , you have chosen a shorter part .

Listen for the last time, she was admitted to run pre medic program to qualify for her to get a direct admission into usa medicine degree program, assumption is incorrect. She is in pre-med program, deemed a prestigious pathway for students definitive about medicine. Now . she is assured of transitioning directly into Harvard medical school. Thru pre-med programs, She will be given opportunities to take classes and research at the medical school.

You and fellow madman keep ranting on and on. What sold you out is the allegation s/he was doing medicine in harvard as undergrad.

If he or she is in harvard - cant be studying anything pre-med or med before s/he get a first degree

https://extension.harvard.edu/academics/programs/premedical-program/#content-1
You are eligible to apply if you meet the following criteria:

Have completed a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Are a US citizen or permanent resident.
Have English language proficiency.
You are a scumbag , dishonesty is affecting you. Where have I mentioned that the girl is undergoing an undergraduate medicine program in USA. I only mentioned that she was admitted to run premedic program, the fastest possible way of gaining full admission into medicine program in the usa. She actually don't need an undergraduate related degree like biological sciences or chemistry as you are insinuating absurdly.

He's confused by how confusing the US system can be. Pre - med is the fastest way to entering med program.

A few episodes of Grey's Anatomy could have helped him
another thing is , he taught pre- med program is a full fledged four years decipline major like the normal degree. Thinking you will be getting a degree award for it. Infact in usa, it is possible to study business administration and run a medicine program as post first degree, even any courses. just a matter of some little foundational pre-medic will just kick start your efforts. And likewise you can go straight for a pre medic program just after college.
