IMF do not collect any data. Development should be visible with naked eyes. It cannot be hidden in figures. Figures and data are suppose to explain what the naked eye can see. You can tell when economy is doing great....without being an economist.

I have examined electricity access and water acess - and I found it way below what is stated. The reason is simple. You can ask all your electricity companies to provide you with list of their customers. And what is the problem - cooking of data - electricity access in kenya is defined as someone having electricity right in their house - in Ghana it's a community - if you live near electricity pole - you're said to have access - because theoritically you can apply and pay for it - but you havent.

Ghana is not a home where data are cooked. We have be friends to imf for a long time. But how can I know the number of school children in Tz against the drop out ? Will picture or video give me such figure? How can I know electricity access ratio, water access ratio, etc. Will picture give me those aforementioned.

it is entirely possible LGBT are psychological in nature and not necessarily a product of such gene. To some medical professional it is just like a disease that can be cured or managed and to some it is biologically ok. It depends on the fence you want to sit on ...

I will go with my earlier suggestion, i.e( psycological in nature) I went to boys school during my college days , and some of us has boy lovers in the hostel and they do all sorts of crappy things . Most of this continue as it is influence by pressure group. And copycat among student persists.
