President Muhammadu Buhari will pay a state visit to China between Monday to Friday next week at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang announced on Wednesday.
“China and Nigeria enjoy a traditional friendship. This year marks the 45th anniversary of China-Nigeria diplomatic ties,” Lu said at a daily press briefing.
During the visit, President Xi Jinping will hold talks with Buhari, and Premier Li Keqiang and top legislator Zhang Dejiang will have separate meetings with him, exchanging views on bilateral relations and issues of common concern, Lu said.
The two sides will sign cooperation agreements and jointly hold a forum on production capacity cooperation as well as a reception marking the 45th anniversary of diplomatic ties, said Lu.
Calling Nigeria “a major strategic partner of China in Africa,” Lu said the two countries have maintained frequent high-level visits, cooperated for strong results and maintained positive communication and coordination in international affairs over the past 45 years.
“We believe President Buhari’s visit will give new impetus to the all-round development of the China-Nigeria strategic partnership of cooperation,” Lu said.

All network providers in Nigeria send regularly some annoying automated text messages to our devices: to an extent, it has recently turned into spamming as, on my phone for instance, I get not less than 6-7 automated text messages and calls which promote stuffs which are really irrelevant to me.


The most annoying part of this automated services is that, there is no option to opt-out of them. If it was possible to opt-out at a specified recharge cost, it would just be perfect because a lot of subscribers (me, for one) will opt-in to that option. Their services can be promoted in the account balance menu, call me back, data subscription confirmation messages, etc.


Imagine you're expecting a credit alert to your bank account desperately, then you receive an sms as this:

From: 307
Message: MTN Backup, service to protect your personal data (contacts, calendar..) detected your new handset. You will receive a message to configure it.
Or, you're expecting a very important phone call- your phone rings and then you pick it up only to see 08034100 as the caller.

You already know what that feels like..

Now, to stop getting all these automated calls and texts, you'd have to download and install a blacklist app on your phone.
Install and run the blacklist app, then add all those numbers which you want to disable from auto-calling or texting your phone.

This should work until MTN, Airtel, Glo, and Etisalat their enable subscribers to opt-out of certain services.

Looking for a way to backup your G-tide G-pad6 stock firmware (not the default backup with .bak extension) without rooting your device? Or want to flash custom roms... Here ends your search.

2. Extract both files (recovery and boot) to Fastboot directory
3. Rename boot to boot.img, and recovery to recovery.img
4. Boot device into fastboot mode (power+volume up, select Fastboot in options menu) and connect to PC
5. Run cmd from adb/fastboot folder
6. Type

fastboot devices
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
exit

Done ! you can now reboot device to clockworkmod recovey.
