MIT cannot make a rich dullard to become Isaac Newton all of a Sudden.

That is why MIT offers scholarship to highly gifted students especially Asians that can't afford it.

If not, the university intellectual output will not be optimal.

But the talent is not in Lagos.

How many Nigerian football stars were discovered in Lagos?

Go to the East and Delta and get the raw talents.

What I think covenant university should do is to liase with jamb and offer the best candidates full scholarships regardless of if they applied to the school or not.
The Students must have visible records of consistent academic excellence in secondary school education

That way they get the best of both worlds. The rich and the highly intelligent but not so rich.

That is what schools in America do to maintain an intellectual and financial edge.

Nature and history has proven that the brightest among us often come from very humble backgrounds.

At least 10 of those should be 300 million.

A unit of mi -35 helicopter gunship cost 15 million.

Ten of those should be 150 million dollars.

Another 100 million on 10-15 MRAPS for mine resistance, and another 100 million for missiles for the jets.

That is 650 million dollars. That is already significant fire power to win this war.

And we still have nearly half a billion dollars remaining for other expenses.

You know things that dont actually require big efforts, but people are hell bent on making money from it. Super falcons are actually very marketable. The players should be getting endorsements rather than say Big brother housemates.
For someone like me, Super Falcons are my favourite team and I plan to even follow them to France.

Make sure both parents are actively in the child life. Especially the dad. Or make sure there’s a fatherly figure in their life.
Make it comfortable for you children to speak to you, stop creating unnecessary fear in your kids.
Watch the friends your child has. It plays a huge role in their behaviour
Have outings with your child. Don’t neglect your child’s needs outside food or shelter, or they will look elsewhere for it.
Just show genuine care and love to your child. Let them feel loved at home.

This is coming from someone who had a rebellious teenage life, I see the mistakes my parents made, and I won’t make the same mistakes with my kids.

I hope you know the reason why some children became something in life is because someone dealt with them with a heavy hand.

I'd rather be too strict than be too kind.
