You are doing well . My only problem with United Capital is that they don't accept shares as collateral security, they accept FGN bonds and their mutual fund Investments as collateral security.
Loans are approved within 4 hours . They currently have one of the cheapest interest rate. Pls tell me the banks that accept stocks as collateral. Few years ago, my bank rejected stocks as collateral |

You don’t sound like you’re anti stock market, you’re just anti Nigerian stock market which is fine tbh.
You’re not disputing the facts being presented(such as fundamentals, profits), you’re just anti NAIJA market regardless of how much profits these companies are making.
The funniest thing was when someone asked when you’ll know when foreigners are in the market. Your response cracked me up.
The people you’re arguing with have been in the market for long, they have been through many cycles of foreigners coming and going and they’re still here.
It’s fine if you're waiting for the daily 10% up before investing, some of us got in early and we are ok with however long it takes. We will be collecting nice dividends while we are waiting. Kudos |

RabbiDoracle: Keep some cash for the generational low that is coming. It will be very painful when people see stocks at an unimaginable low level and can't buy. The market isn't bullish. In a real bullish market, everything rises.
Can NSE index touch 18,900? We will see.
Food cost will get worse. Oil price decline could exacerbate things for oil producing countries and banks that fund it. Emerging markets are about to see shege.
After these events comes calm.
See you in January 2024.

LIVESTOCK FEEDS still doing great. ...currently up by over 32% since our entry call @ 95k. Still got plenty of room for upside!
Again, that other "U" name is yet to move as expected... even as current MoS/RRM makes a mockery of the combination of its FVP and surrounding risk. (ref: >79% peg) UPDC... just waiting for that day of reckoning. ...it will respond!
Again, NOT an investment advice.

I totally do not agree with you my dear, cause since I joined this forum, no one has ever accurately predicted the date of upward and downward movement of this market. Many have tried it in time past but failed, even Oracle thought the market would have burnt down by now. @currentprice is doing a good work here but OGG is doing better. @currentprice used to breeze into this forum and out once in a blue moon, whereas OGG is always here incouraging us. Could you imagine that I'm already more than 10% up on LIVESTOCK, coutesy of OGG effort. One thing is certain if you must survive in this market, ... always invest with longterm consciousness. Cause most times, the best performing companies don't even move up at the expected time. So, while investing, have like 5yrs target, however, if you make it in 2 months, just thank God. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Lolllllllll I know someone here that has more than that in zenith bought at 9-10 still traded with it and made MAD money more than those holding. Another guy here sold at 26/27 still bought lower and also qualify for dividend. If I had sold my UBA then at 8.90 then buy back at 7.85 would have given me additional units of around 300k and will still qualify for dividend. Anyway, trading and holding the most important thing is to make money but one will make than the other It's always easier said than done. How on earth would you conclude that the upward movement would stop at 8.90 and that the down ward would reverse from 7.85. My brother the best approach is oracle's strategy. Buy dividend stocks and hold for as many years as possible, till whenever foreign portfolios visit the market and trigger those 10-10 percent big bulls. That's when to sell and wait for another market crash 9 Likes |

emmanuelewumi: I have a customer who is a man of God. I gave him 33% discount because of his calling.
But the man, would still owe expecting me to write off his debts
When I stood my grounds that I wanted my money immediately, he pleaded with me to give him 2 weeks that he would pay up everything because his harvest would take place in 2 weeks time.
Excuse me, what is the relationship between harvest and payment of his debt I'm not saying you should be foolish, but develop a good discerning spirit and let nothing stop you from doing good my brother, so that you have points of reference ... When the prophet told king Hezekiah that he should prepare to die, but he turned his face to the wall and cried to God, reminding God of what he did. God had to send back the same prophet and added 15 more yrs to him. In the same vein, when Tabitha died, people reminder Peter of her philanthropies, Peter had to pray her back to life. It not a must that you should give me, but pls give to those around you. |
