If you have Unity Bank, you need to have a rethink. The bank had negative shareholders fund of over N100 billion about 2 years ago

The bank enjoyed certain privileges in the past, I am not sure if the new Sheriff in town and the new CBN governor will continue with this subsidy.

FSDH accepts shares as collateral but you must by shares with the loan.


Meristem Finance a subsidiary of Meristem Securities accept shares as collateral, you can buy shares or use the fund for business / personal use


Orange One Finance a subsidiary Investment One Stockbrokers accept shares as collateral, which you can use to buy shares or also use for business/personal use.


UC Plus Advance limited a subsidiary of United Capital accepts FGN bonds and United Capital mutual funds as collateral. You can use the loan for business or personal use

You are doing well . My only problem with United Capital is that they don't accept shares as collateral security, they accept FGN bonds and their mutual fund Investments as collateral security.


Loans are approved within 4 hours . They currently have one of the cheapest interest rate.

You’re not disputing the facts being presented(such as fundamentals, profits), you’re just anti NAIJA market regardless of how much profits these companies are making.

The funniest thing was when someone asked when you’ll know when foreigners are in the market. Your response cracked me up.

The people you’re arguing with have been in the market for long, they have been through many cycles of foreigners coming and going and they’re still here.

It’s fine if you're waiting for the daily 10% up before investing, some of us got in early and we are ok with however long it takes. We will be collecting nice dividends while we are waiting.

Keep some cash for the generational low that is coming. It will be very painful when people see stocks at an unimaginable low level and can't buy. The market isn't bullish. In a real bullish market, everything rises.

Can NSE index touch 18,900? We will see.

Food cost will get worse. Oil price decline could exacerbate things for oil producing countries and banks that fund it. Emerging markets are about to see shege.

After these events comes calm.

I have sold and hav my NAHCO loot in the bedsheet for safekeeping looking for next stock but my money is not for the like of livestock feeds that ended last financial year with negative earnings, struggling to make 20 million earnings 2023 Q1 (Lol... an amount less than Lion123 holding in GTB). with close to 500m negative retained earnings not for me & my household even if it rise to N10.. anyway Afroil with no office , no operations sold for over N20 in d past

I will rather add to my UBA or DS or buy one ogbonge company I am looking at. not CHAM o. this company has done investors good in the past, can they repeat the same this time? not likely as their numbers suggested but they will still do something good.

Lolllllllll I know someone here that has more than that in zenith bought at 9-10 still traded with it and made MAD money more than those holding. Another guy here sold at 26/27 still bought lower and also qualify for dividend. If I had sold my UBA then at 8.90 then buy back at 7.85 would have given me additional units of around 300k and will still qualify for dividend. Anyway, trading and holding the most important thing is to make money but one will make than the other

When I stood my grounds that I wanted my money immediately, he pleaded with me to give him 2 weeks that he would pay up everything because his harvest would take place in 2 weeks time.
